Wonderful guests or not!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
For accommodation facilities, the biggest concern is what kind of guests stay at the facilities.
In our case, this is a priority over sales.
However, we often won’t know if the guest was a great one until they check out.
For example, the guests who stayed here last week was wonderful guests who were one level above the rest.
Not only highly communicative, but also they had a wealth of life experience despite their young age, and they even left the room in perfect condition when they checked out.
As sorting methods for garbage may differ depending on the municipality, the guests voluntarily sorted their garbage according to basic categories.
Yes, that’s actually what the host wants to say!
Why is it that in such a small island nation, the garbage sorting methods vary so much from one municipality to another?
It is almost impossible for a first-time foreign tourist to understand a method so complicated that even Japanese people can’t do right.
At this guesthouse, we basically take care of separating garbage.
So we have a strong request and suggestion.
The government aims to establish basic sorting methods and standardize them nationwide, and will provide subsidies to local governments that cannot afford to do so financially.
The importance of this may be difficult to understand for residents who are not familiar with other methods, but I believe this is very important.
It’s completely nonsense to say that one country that can’t even standardize how it sorts its garbage can be sustainable!
But, well, a government that describes the current economic situation as “clearly not in a state of deflation” is unlikely to be able to carry out delicate and bold “governance.”

Even if we concede that we are not in a deflationary situation, it has led to an even more hopeless situation of “irregular stagflation”
However, am I the only one who thinks that a country where only large corporations are doing well and retaining profits internally, while wealth is not being distributed to workers or society, makes us look like a very despicable country?
(If some of those retained earnings were cleverly channeled into slush funds, he would be just like the corrupt magistrate in a period drama!)

素敵なゲストさんか否か！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
宿屋にとっては、どんなゲストさんにご利用いただくか、それが最大の関心事。
当宿の場合は、売上よりも優先する項目です。
でも、その方が素敵なゲストさんだったかどうかはチェックアウトされるまで分からないことがほとんどです。
そんななか、先週滞在されたゲストさんはレベルが違う素敵なゲストさんでした。
コミュニケーションはもちろん、若いのに人生経験も豊富で、さらにはお部屋を完璧の状態にしてチェックアウトされました。
ゴミも分別方法が自治体で違うだろうからと、自発的に基本的な分類で分別されていました。
そう、実は宿主が言いたいのはココっ！
なんで、こんな小さな島国のくせに自治体ごとに分別方法が大きく違うのか！
日本人でも迷うほどの難しさを、一見さんのガイジン旅行者が理解するなんてほぼ無理。
当宿では、基本的にごみの分別は宿側が行うようにしています。
そこで強い要望・提案があります。
国として基本の分別の仕方を定めて、全国的に統一させることを志向し、予算的に対応できない自治体には助成する。
他のやり方を知らない住民にはこの重要性はなかなか分からないかもしれませんが、とても大事なことだと思います。
ゴミの分別方法も統一できない国家がサスティナブルなんて、ちゃんちゃら可笑しい！
でも、まあ、今の経済状態を「明らかにデフレの状況にはない」と表現する政府に、繊細かつ大胆な「まつりごと」は無理でしょう。

デフレの状況にはないかもしれませんが、さらに救いようのない「変則的スタグフレーション」の状態にしてしまったのだから、、、
だだ大企業だけが業績が良くて利益を内部留保、労働者や社会に富の分配が出来なくなっている状況が、すごく卑しい国家にしか思えないのは自分だけでしょうか？
（ その内部留保の一部が巧妙に裏金に流れているとしたら、まさに時代劇の悪徳代官！）
