In the early morning of the day, I experienced Meat Udon, the hidden special food, but

I personally believe that UDON of this town must be THIS.

その日の朝、隠れた名物と言われるうどんを食べた私ではありますが、

やっぱりこの町でうどんといえばコレ！

Super popular fast food in town – Sold Out before AM8:30

This seemed be a popular food of town, I learned from one female guest from neighbor country, but

I had never known it before I went to Tokyo 38 years ago.

As I had to visit the area, I could visit the restaurant finally.

I arrived there at 8:10 in the morning.

And I finished eating it 8:30.

I tried to take a picture of the authentic restaurant when I went out. But Noren (the entrance curtain which shows “We are Open”) was gone already.

Instead, I found a standing signboard telling us “SOLD OUT” at the corner of the path to the restaurant.

If you are interesting about this food, please try to visit the restaurant which locates near Kokura Horse Racecourse.

Though you must wake up early. (smile)

超人気店 〜 朝８：３０前に売り切れ・営業終了

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

上京する前の学生時代には、その存在すら知らず、

以前、当宿を利用されたゲストから教えてもらった「この町の名物料理」。

今回そっち方面に行く用事ができたので、ようやく利用することができました。

入店したのは朝８：１０。

食べ終えてAM８：２０。

店構えをもう一度、写真に収めようとしたところ、すでに暖簾はなし。

その代わりに店に入る角のところには「本日は終了」の立て看板！

日の出と共に「閉店」〜！

（日の出と共に「開店」っていうのは聞いたことあるけど、、、笑）

興味があれば是非お試しください。小倉競馬場のすぐ近くです。

早起き必須ですけど。（笑）

At the mountain, with snow, we enjoyed this winter sports very much.
