Something is missing!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Recently we have felt something is missing. Yesterday’s TV news reminded us what is missing.

We have had no star lately on our stage “Kanmon strait”.

One had inboard fire yesterday.

Another one have a collision caused by drunk captain’s steering.

The other one was well-known to everybody for the COVID-19 infection.

Now cruise ship industry is in critical situation as bad as us, tourism and hotel industry.

We do hope to see them moving through this strait.

なにか足りない！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

最近、なにか物足りないと思っていたら、昨日のニュースで気が付きました。

当宿のライブ・ステージ「関門海峡」に役者が足りてません。

ひとつは昨日船内火災だったようで、

もうひとつは昨年、船長の飲酒操船が原因で衝突事故。

さらにもうひとつは皆さんご存知のこの春のコロナウイルス感染。

日本の観光業界同様、客船業界も危機的な状況だと思います。

いつかまた海峡に華を添えてもらいたいですね。

This week, TSUYU (rainy season) is having a break all over Japan. However the weather will go downhill tomorrow evening. We are all looking forward to the real summer after this rainy season.

And the place we would like to go the most is:

Yes, go to the SEA!

Not only the sea with harbor style pier, but also various type of sea are accessible from this guesthouse TOUKA on a day trip.

We should go to the sea after both TSUYU and COVID-19 are over.

やっぱり行きたいっ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

全国的に今週は梅雨の雨もひと休みのようです。ただ明日の夕方には天気は下り坂とのことで、本格的な梅雨明けが待ち遠しい６月中盤です。

梅雨が明けて行きたいのは、、、やっぱり海！
