Something Missing
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I started writing this article 9:30AM Saturday, Oct 7th, yesterday morning.
One of our guests didn’t wake up yet, in spite of his writing on guest card “Check-out: 8:00am”.
It has happened so often that guests don’t wake up as they said.
(We believe that it is because TOUKA is good place to sleep.)
TOUKA doesn’t make them wake up until the limit of check-out.
As we know that he is not in hurry today, we don’t make him wake up this time too.
As he said check-out is 8am, I woke up 7am today and have so many time this morning. So I read “Party of Hope’s Election Promises” very carefully. I wanted to thank him not to wake up early.
Major promises were as I mentioned yesterday.
There is another promise made me happy, which is “#10. Pollen Zero” out of 12 zeros. It is the measure to the cedar pollen as a negative heritage since the high growth period of Japan.
“Pollen Zero” made me happy but I noticed that there is one important an missing Zero in their promises.
“#13. Nuclear Weapon Zero”
Do they forget to sign on “Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons” as the New Japanese government?
If they put this 13th Zero on their promises before ICAN got the Nobel Peace Prize, they must be reputed more and more.
No matter actual effect happens after signing, Japan should sign it, showing our idea clearly without considering any other nations.
That is the reason why we are called Japanese who cannot say NO.
(*However, I have no idea to support the party, who tweet with picture of a folded crane.)
Oh, it sounds like he is waking up now.

P.S. Citizen of Hiroshima (1st target of atomic bomb 1945), Kitakyushu (2nd target), Nagasaki (3rd target) want to vote for the party which is positive for “Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons”, don’t we?

欠けてるもの
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
この記事を書き始めたのは、10月7日土曜の9:30AM、つまり昨日の朝です。
ゲストの一人がなかなか起きてきません。
宿帳には8時にチェックアウト予定と書いていたのに、、、
まあ、ここ「灯火」ではゲストが起きてこないのは日常茶飯事です。
（寝過ごすゲストが多いのは、寝心地が良いからに違いありません。）
「灯火」ではチェックアウト時間ギリギリになるまで、ゲストを起こしません。
今回も前夜に聞いた予定から、急ぐ用事は無いようなので、思う存分寝せてあげるつもりです。
8時チェックアウトを考慮し、7時起きでスタンバっていたので、思わぬ待ち時間が出来ました。その時間を活用して新党「希望の党」の「選挙公約」を隅々まで読むことができたので、遅起きのゲストに感謝です。
「選挙公約」の大所は昨日記事にしたとおりです。
さらに細かいですが、公約の中で嬉しかったのは、掲げた「12のゼロ」の中の「10.花粉症ゼロ」。高度成長期の「負の遺産」＝スギ花粉対策が記載されていることでした。
花粉ゼロはとてもうれしかったのですが、よく読むとこの公約には大事なゼロが一つ抜けていることに気付きました。
「13.核兵器ゼロ」
新しい日本政府として、核兵器禁止条約へ調印することを忘れてないかな？
ICANが平和賞を受賞する前に、しっかりと公約に入っていたら賞賛ものだったのに残念です。
調印することで生じる効果はどうあれ、同盟国など気にせずに「日本の意思」をハッキリ表示すべき事項だと思います。
だ・か・ら、「ノー」といえない日本人だと言われるのにね。
（注：かと言って折り鶴の画像を掲げてツイートする党に投票する予定はないけれど。）
ココまで書いたところで、どうもゲストさんが起きたようで物音がしました。

P.S. 広島（1945年の原爆投下第一目標）、北九州（第二目標）、長崎（第三目標）の市民は「核兵器禁止条約」に肯定的な政党に投票したいですよね。
