Stroll along Kanmon strait

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

I said that it is cooler in the morning and the night, but it is still hot in daytime.

We have been in hot summer for more than 2 months in Japan.

If you feel a little exhausted from the summer,

how about walking short distance along the strait after sunset?

When you feel cool sea breeze on your face, you can get relieved and later power springs up in your soul.

And you will dip yourself into mindful time with looking down seaside route you walked from your room.

関門海峡そぞろ歩き

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

朝晩は涼しくなったとはいっても、日中はまだ汗がにじむ暑さです。

かれこれ二ヶ月続くにっぽんの暑い夏。

ちょっとバテてきたなぁ、と感じてきたら、どうでしょう？

陽が沈むのを待っての海峡っぺりを歩いてみては？

心地よい海風にあたれば、ホッとした後、力が湧いてくる気がします。

そして、お部屋に戻ってからは歩いてきたルートを見下ろして、少しマインドフルな時間に浸る。

雨降って、、、/ After the rain

After the rain

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Strong cold front ran through the islands of Japan.

It seems to bring TSUYU (rainy season) to Tokyo and other Kanto area.

But it brought wonderful things to hear Kitakyushu.

At first, we are enjoying blue sky, and comfortable dry north wind which is 22 – 23 degree C.

And good waves.

After the rain, waves have increased their size!

Normally this area is winter surf spot, so we are having good waves after a long time.

As waves break off the coast, I do feel a sense of unity with nature, when I be alone surrounded by swells on the ocean.

雨降って、、、

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

週末から日本列島を駆け抜けた低気圧。

関東には梅雨を運んできたようですが、

ここ北九州には良いことばかりをもたらしています。

まずは青空、心地よい22〜23℃ぐらいの乾いた北風に、

そして、、、波。

雨降って、波上がる！

基本この辺りは冬のスポットのため、夏はイマイチですが、久しぶりに週明けからいい感じです。

いい波はかなり沖目で立つので、大海原のうねりの中、一人でいる感覚が自然との一体感を醸し出します。
