The night sky after the rain
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
On Tuesday, it rained cats and dogs here in Kanmon area. The road in front of this guesthouse looked like a stream, no, like water falls.
Fortunately, rain stopped about an hour later, but we felt worry because we have seen news of severe water hazards in Japan this year.
After the rain stopped, we got strong sun light, heat and humidity. But cool and comfortable air came after the sunset.
We cannot help wishing upon the night sky after the rain that this rain is the very last rain in TSUYU 2020 and that COVID-19 infection will be over ASAP.
Thank you and you have a nice day believing that rainy days never stay.

雨上がりの夜空に
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
火曜日の関門エリアは土砂降り。当宿の前の道は川のように、いや 滝のように流れていました。
幸い降った時間がそれほど長くなかったので大事には至りませんでしたが、日本全国で起きている水害のことを思うとヤバいかもと不安になりました。
雨のやんだ後には、強めの陽の光が指して、一時とても蒸し暑くなりましたが、日が沈んでからは過ごしやすい空気が戻ってきました。
雨上がりの空に、これで今年の梅雨の大雨も終わること、そして新型コロナウイルスの感染も「上がる」ことを祈っていました。
それでは、やまない雨はないことを信じて、素敵な一日を！
