It is disappointing

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It is disappointing always that we cannot express the sound of horn from ships, even if we posted the pictures of the strait so many times.

The bass sound of horn shakes all air of this area. That is representative of sounds around here.

They’re very loud sounds or sound in midnight sometimes, but they are not uncomfortable to our ears. We don’t know why.

 

It is disappointing specially in this time of the year that we cannot express the sound of autumn bugs. They were good BGM during we watch The full moon.

There are so many Autumn bugs in the bush next to our dining room. They sing together delicately, so we cannot record sounds of such as bell cricket.

This time of the year, we can hear the sounds of autumn bugs anywhere in Japan. But we think that sounds here is very special from others.

残念なこと

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

いつも残念に思う事は、窓から見える海峡の画像をいくらアップしても、船の鳴らす汽笛の音は伝わらないこと。

このあたり一帯の空気を低音で揺らす汽笛。まさにこの地を代表する音。結構大きな音なのに、真夜中になったりするのに、心地良いのはなぜでしょう?

 

この季節 残念に思う事は、お月見をしていた間、ずっとBGMに流れていた虫の音。

ダイニングの横の林には、いろんな秋の虫がいて、静かに大合唱しています。録音しても、鈴虫の音などは繊細すぎて、うまく録音できません。

この時期 秋の虫の音は、日本中どこへ行っても聞こえますが、ここの合唱は格別な気がしてなりません。

それでは、どうぞ秋の夜長、静けさをかみしめる素敵な一日を！
