To put ourselves in our’ guests’ shoes
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
During the first weekend of summer vacation, the town was packed with various events.
There were so many that we had a hard time recommending them to our guests.
After the day was over, the guests returned and were surprisingly exhausted. So I decided to go out next day to find the reason why.
When I went out myself, it was obvious why the guests were exhausted.
The festival is hot, and the temperature is even hotter!
Even my T-shirt becomes heavy with sweat.
This day, I felt that we had to step into the shoes of our guests this summer and offer best hospitality in many ways.
Thank you and you have a nice day without forgetting to be considerate of others.

相手の身になって考える
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
夏休み最初の週末、町はイベント目白押しでした。
ゲストにお薦めするのも迷うほどです。
そんな一日を終えて、戻ってきたゲストさんたちが思いの外ぐったりしていたので、翌日自分自身も出かけてみました。
自ら外に出ると、ゲストさんの体力消耗の理由は一目瞭然。
お祭りは熱いし、気温はさらに暑いっ！
Tシャツも汗で重くなるほどです。
これではこの夏ゲストさんの立場になって、いろいろおもてなししないといけないなと身をもって体感した一日になりました。
それでは、相手を思いやる気持ちを忘れずに素敵な一日を！
