Is this the last one?

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

According to the weather forecast, cold wave will come and it will get cold here in Kanmon area starting tonight.

So we rushed to buy fuel for our heater.

But it looks like it will get warmer again once the cold air that comes this time passes. So I feel like this may be my last fuel purchase for this season.

Even so, there were very few days this year when we felt really cold.

The sea water temperature also didn’t get too cold this winter.

P.S. By the way, I wonder if the kerosene price is expensive or cheap.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

天気予報によると、これから寒気がやってきて、関門エリアも今晩あたりからまた冷え込むそうです。

あわてて暖房用の燃料を買いにきました。

今回やってくる寒気が遠ざかれば、また暖かくなるそうで、今シーズンの燃料の購入もこれが最後かな、と感じています。

それにしても今年は本当に寒いと感じる日が少なかったですね。

海水温も冷たくならなかったし、、、

海水はまだ暖かいとは決して言えませんが、冷たすぎるとは感じません。

これも地球温暖化の影響でしょうか？

天気予報によれば、来週は日本中でもっと暖かくなるそうです。

Enjoying summer with eyes

As it is too hot to feel summer with our body, how about enjoying summer with eyes.

Pictures are the summer plants 2023 which are very active with summer sky as their background.

On such hot summer day, I heard very interesting information at a fruits stand.

“As it is very hot and sunny this summer, fruit harvest is pretty good this year, isn’t it?” I asked.

“Good at quantity but harvesting period is pretty short” the shop’s old lady taught me. “Pears are already starting to hit the market and that makes us feel worry that makes our business period very short this year.

Not only scorching heat, but actual damages seem to become more noticeable in various places.

目で見る夏

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

身体で感じる夏が辛すぎる昨今、目で見て楽しむ夏はどうでしょう？

夏空をバックに、夏の植物が元気な2023年です。

そんな暑い夏ですが、気になる話を果物の直売所で聞きました。

「今年は晴れて暑いので、果物の出来もさぞかし良いんでしょうね？」と問いかけると、

「出来はいいけど、時期がとても短い」と答えが返ってきました。「すでに梨も出回り始めていて、商売できる時期が短くなりそうで心配」と嘆いていました。

猛暑だけでなく、地球温暖化の実害がさらに色々なところで目立つようになっている今日この頃です。
