Harvests from the mountain of my hometown!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Harvest from the mountain of the weekend was cooked into traditional Japanese food and came here yesterday.
At the moment, natural food from the mountain changed into happiness from my hometown mountain.
“OUMA’s bamboo shoot” brand is famous here, but bamboo shoots taken just from the mountain of anywhere in Kitakyushu become soft and tasty by authentic/home cooking.
This is the taste of my mother!
I feel that it was really good for me to come back to my hometown.
This is the best thing which we cannot get in the big city Tokyo.
If there are any people who want U-turn/move to this town, I want to share such experience as well as TOUKA for sleeping space. How about you?

山の幸 in マイ故郷！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
週末に収穫した山の恵みが、その姿を変えて昨日ここへやってきました。
山の「幸」が、故郷の山からの「しあわせ」に変わった瞬間です。
このあたりでは「合馬のたけのこ」ブランドが有名ですが、たとえ合馬でなくても採りたての北九州のたけのこを調理したものは柔らかくてとっても美味しいんです。
それも「おふくろの味」！
故郷に戻ってきてほんとうに良かったと感じる瞬間です。
これこそが東京にはない良さです。
Uターンあるいは移住される方がいれば、宿としての「灯火」だけでなく、こうした体験を是非シェアしたいですね？ いかがでしょう？
