Does it start?

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Today, Feb. 3rd 2021, is “Ritshun” the fist day of spring in Japanese seasonal calendar.

Yesterday was “Setsubun”, the changing day from winter to spring. So we thought that we have new season and new feeling, however Japanese government decided to extend The Winter, COVID-19 pandemic emergency declaration period, unfortunately. 10 prefectures will be under the declaration till Mar. 7th, including our Fukuoka.

Whichever ordinary life or brand-new life, we do want to be in different life without infection risk. That is our wish, we thought, watching twilight sky over the strait.

本日2021年2月3日は立春。春の始まりの日です。

昨日は季節を分ける「節分」。本当に季節も気分も変わるかと思ったら、続くそうですね「緊急事態宣言」残念ながら、、、

In Japan, ordering fine food from far local places have been focused in recent several years. And that trend has been getting more popular lately, because of government’s hometown tax donation program and self-quarantine led by COVID-19 pandemic.

But I personally prefer to visit the place actually, buy local speciality there and eat it fresh.

If there is an original founded shop, I do want to visit there.

今回のスイーツ 〜 あえてお取り寄せないっ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

日本では数年前から地方の名産品をお取り寄せるという行為が注目されるようになり、その傾向が近年のふるさと納税や、今回のコロナ禍で一般的になっている感があります。

個人的には、やはりその土地で購入して、フレッシュなままいただきたいという思いが強いようです。

「創業店舗」なるものがあれば、是非ともそのお店で買いたくなってしまいます。

P.S. 昨年町を訪れた際、創業店なる店舗があることを知り、とても行ってみたくなりました。店員さんに聞くと結構閉店時間前に売り切れちゃうそうです、このご時世でも。（高いのに、、、）駐車場表示の裏側がそのことを証明しています。ビジネスとして羨ましい話です。
