Never saw such a huge number of people here!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

To cheer our guest, we went to the other side through Kanmon strait pedestrian tunnel on Sunday.

I’ve never seen such a huge number of people here!

I hope that similar number of tourists will visit here every weekend.

( To cheer the runner of this race, here is the one of the best spot. However, as it locates about 5km from the start, so many runners come at once. And it is very hard to know who is who, except the first runner.)

毎週末こんなに大勢の観光客が押し寄せるといいのにね。

（このレース、海峡沿いのベスト応援スポットはスタート直後に位置するため、一度に大勢が走り抜けていくので、先頭以外は誰が誰だかわからない状況。）

Best way to spend early Autumn day

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It seems to take a little more time to see the Autumn red maple leaves around here. We still like to spend with flowers on early Autumn day with warm sunshine.

Of course that flower is Cosmos.

One huge area next to rice field along country road, not so far from TOUKA, becomes beautiful cosmos field.

Now I re-realize that it is good for me to enjoy four seasons in this country, Japan. Furthermore four seasons are divided to more precisely by the condition of sunshine, wind, trees and flowers. And these factors have sharpened sense of Japanese for long time.

Thank you and you have a nice Autumn day without loosing natural sense by living in big cities.

初秋の心地よい過ごし方

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

このあたりの楓や紅葉が色づくにはあと少しかかりそうです。まだ陽にほのかな暖かさの残る秋の日には、花に囲まれて過ごすのが一番ですね。

その花はやはり、、、秋桜。

「灯火」から遠くない田舎道の脇に続く田んぼの一角が、一面のコスモス畑になっていました。

四季のある日本っていいですね。
四つの季節はさらに陽や風や木々草花で細かく分けられ、日本人の感性はより研ぎ澄まされてきました。

それでは、都会生活で自然の感性を失なうことなく素敵な秋の一日を！

More Beautiful from the sky!

I usually update articles with the view from backyard mountain.

It looks more beautiful from much higher position than the mountain.
We can find out the landscape of Kanmon is quite unique.

There are sea, mountain, islands, valley and there are straits!

However, only human beings are reducing here, in my hometown.
(If we think about only the aspect of nature, reducing population may be good for it.)

It is really nice place where compact city and country side are mixing.

Don’t you come and stay here?
(Don’t you come home with different view point from that of childhood?)

海あり、山あり、島あり、谷あり、、、そして海峡あり！

だけど、人だけが減っている我が故郷です。
（自然のことだけ考えると、人口が減るのは悪くないのかも。）

都会（コンパクトな）と、田舎とが絶妙に共存している素敵なところです。

一度来てみませんか？
