The Best Night View I saw this year!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Since December has started, TV programs looking back this year have been increased.

So the host of TOUKA want to announce

the best night view of this year!

Unfortunately, it is not the night view of this town which was selected as one of new best three night views in Japan.

At first, the edge of the mountain was getting clearer after sunset there.

And next, city lights got twinkling.

At last, the sky was full of stars and they looked like falling on the city lights.

As I prefer natural lights rather than artificial glittering LED illumination, I put a high value on these night view.

今年一番の夜景！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

１２月になって、テレビを見ていても今年一年を振り返る内容の番組が増えてきました。

そこで灯火の宿主も発表したいと思います。

今年一番の夜景！

残念ながら、新日本三大夜景に選ばれたわが町の夜景ではありません。

そこでは、まず日没後に山の端が浮かび上がり、

次に、街の明かりが瞬き始め、

最後には空から星が降ってくる様子を眺めることができました。

どちらかというときらびやかな人工のLEDイルミネーションが好きではない宿主はこんな夜景を高評価するのでした。

Sharing Lights

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Recently, Global Warming, SDGs and COVID-19 Pandemic are hot topics all over the world. Things we have to take care about are increasing by them.

However the events which consume huge volume of electricity to gather people in one place are held all over Japan not matter big cities or country side. That makes me feel something uncomfortable.

There may be nobody who think like me in such season.

But if there are someone like me, I want to recommend this.

There are so many factories and plants around Kitakyushu and Yamaguchi that we can enjoy these lights usually.

These lights are not for fun but for safety and security but we can also watch them from outside of industrial zone.

Because of the current situation, we do recommend sharing lights.

This is the recommendation only we can make as guesthouse TOUKA (= meaning light )

灯りのシェア

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

地球温暖化にＳＤＧｓ、そしてコロナ感染拡大と、世の中気を使わなきゃいけないことが急増中です。

でも、大量の電気を消費しながら、ひとつの場所に人を集めるイベントが全国で都市・地方の区別なく盛大に開催されていて、違和感を感じる今日このごろです。

北九州・山口には工場がたくさんあって、こんな景色を普通に見ることが出来ます。

そのために点けた電気ではなく、本来安全などのために灯された明かりを見させていただく。

今だからこそ灯りのシェアをおすすめします。工場萌えファンでなくても結構楽しめますよ。

In winter, the air is getting cooler and clearer, the most wonderful time of this town starts.

We do recommend to visit the town late at night, when all tourists go home.
