It is a really good morning today.
Do you say why?
Because today is our fifth anniversary.
We have experienced a quite hard fifth year, but
we strive to do our best with the cheering words from our guests and supporters as encouragement. So we have tried every means available, such as benefits, subsidies and even public loan from our government and local governments to keep this business here.
The messages from our guests like “I want to visit TOUKA again to see strait view from the room” are the best emotional support for us to manage this little guesthouse under the severe condition of tourism business.
We had to abandon to hold any anniversary events this year as same as last year, but we will continue to practice with believing tough times bring us best opportunity.
So we do hope to receive your continued patronage towards this guesthouse TOUKA in the future.

おかげさまで、、、
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
とってもいい朝です。
なぜって？
今日でこのゲストハウス「灯火」が開業して５年になったからです。
５年目は本当にほんとうに大変な一年になっていますが、
これまでご利用いただいたゲストさんや、支援していただいているみなさんからの応援の言葉を心の支えに、コロナ対応の各種公的給付金・助成金・それから借入金まで最大限に活用してなんとか対応しております。
なにより「コロナが収束したら、また灯火の部屋からの海峡の景色を見に来たい」という言葉を一番の励みに、感染リスクには十二分に留意しながら、坂の上・灯台下で元気に営業しています。
５周年の記念イベント等は断念しましたが、なんとかこの未曾有の災いを福に転ずることができないかと精進してまいります。
これからも灯火をご愛顧いただきますよう、どうぞよろしくお願いします。
