A restaurant I wanted to visit
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
During the spring trip of this guesthouse’s host,
he enjoys exploring food more than sightseeing.
He visits some restaurants that he had seen in magazines and on TV while he was at Kanmon.
The first place he visited this time was…
a restaurant introduced by an Olympic medalist in table tennis.
As he said that this is the very first gyoza(dumpling) local residents eat, so the host has wanted to go there.
Not only he satisfied with the taste of their foods, but he also learned a lot from the “spirit of hospitality” at the franchise restaurant.
“Immediately incorporate good initiatives taken elsewhere” We would like to make our guesthouse even better with the policies that the host has been in place since his days as a company businessman.

行ってみたかったお店
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
当宿宿主の春の旅。
楽しみは観光よりも食の探訪。
関門にいる間に、雑誌やテレビで触れたお店を訪ねます。
今回まず訪れたのは、、、
卓球のオリンピック・アスリートでメダリストが紹介していたお店。
ご当地県民が最初に食べる餃子はココだと言っていたのを聞いて行ってみたくなりました。
味に満足するとともに、こちらのフランチャイズの「おもてなしの精神」に学ぶことが少なくありませんでした。
他でやっている良い取り組みはすぐに自らに取り入れる、、、サラリーマン時代からのポリシーで当宿をさらに良くしていければと思います。
