What a weather!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We saw summer clouds above the city.

In the afternoon yesterday, the temperature in the car easily exceeded 35 degrees celsius!

Until last week, we all were admiring the cherry blossoms.

It’s already midsummer weather in Japan.

On such day, it would be a waste not to enjoy summer.

先週まではさくらの花を愛でていたのに、、、

日本はもう真夏の天気です。

こうなったらもう夏を満喫しないと、もったいないですね。

入れ替わる瞬間 / Time of replacement

Time of replacement

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We have had hot summer days for a while.

But the heated air is made by strong sunlight and we have comparably comfortable morning and night in most days.

Such replacement of air happens at the time of sunset.

Suddenly we are surrounded by cool air.

It is the relieved moment.

The opposite timing is when the morning sun starts to shine here.

Before that moment, we don’t want leave our beds.

It seems to become hot again, today! We do want to have a shower shortly.

入れ替わる瞬間

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ここ関門エリアでも夏日が続いています。

暑い気温は強い日差しによるものなので、朝晩は比較的涼しくて過ごしやすい日がほとんどです。

そんな空気の入れ替わるのが日没の頃。

周囲は急に涼しい空気に包まれます。

ホッとする瞬間です。

その逆が朝日が差してくる頃。

その瞬間までは布団から出たくない心地よい朝なのですが、、、

今日もまた暑くなりそうです。そろそろひと雨欲しいですね。

暑い一日の終りに / At the end of hot day

At the end of hot day

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Thursday, temperature went up to almost 30 degree C in Kanmon area.

After working outside for a while, I felt dizzy because of the heat.

So I walked down to the sea after sunset. I felt 5 degree cooler with getting mild wind from the sea.

It takes about 5 min to this spot. In this town, we feel a little cooler in summer and a littler warmer in winter than other town away from the sea. We love this atmosphere and climate.

暑い一日の終りに

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

30度に限りなく近づいた木曜日の関門エリア。

外で作業をして、あまりの暑さに倒れそうになりました。

というわけで、陽が沈んだ後に近くの海まで散歩。海風にあたると温度が一気に５度下がる気がします。

海まで５分ちょっと。海まで遠い土地と比べると夏はちょっとだけ涼しく、冬はちょっとだけ温かい、住みやすい環境です。
