It is the biggest and richest Guest House in Japan.
(But the fee to stay there is Free.)

(*Officially Approved Guest House)

However, we believe that the Heart of OMOTENASHI (Hospitality) is as good as GEIHINKAN.

ニュースのトップを飾るのは、

米国大統領の訪日、首脳会談。

英語で表記すると「State Guest House, Akasaka Palace」。

そう、ゲストハウス！

日本で最大、もっとも高価なゲストハウスです。
（けれども、おそらく宿泊費はタダ？）

対して「灯火」は日本で最小のゲストハウス*の一つです。
（*正規に営業許可を取得しているゲストハウスの中で）

けれども、おもてなしの心は「迎賓館」に負けてないつもりです。

Special valued tour to the unbelievable view point!

This is the valuable optional tour for the foreign tourist visiting Tokyo but not comfortable with bustle of big city.

Three major world heritages can be seen from unique view point in one and half hour.

First of all, “Mt. Fuji” will welcome you.
It is a special scenery you cannot see even in the Tokyo Sky Tree.

Airplane is going to west beyond he Five Lakes of Mt. Fuji, city of Kofu and Minami Alps mountains.

A little while, and you will see city of Hiroshima (and the Atomic Bomb Dome).
starflyer07You can see the city not from the view point of the people on the ground, but that of person who dropped the Atomic Bomb to the city. We can feel that the dome can be seen from airplane.)

Just after you pass Hiroshima, you will see wakes of ferry boat to Miyajima (Itsukushima Shrine) among oyster farming rafts. Big TORII can be seen from airplane.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

東京に来てはみたけれど、なんか喧騒に合わずにしっくり来ていない外国人旅行者の皆さんに、最適のお得なオプショナル・ツアーのご紹介です。

なんと人気の世界遺産を三つ、ありえない視点から御覧いただけるコースです。

まずはご存知「富士山」。東京スカイツリーでも見られない角度からの富士山です。

富士五湖と甲府盆地や南アルプスを見ながら機体はドンドン西へ

しばらくすると「広島（原爆ドーム）」が見えてきます。

広島上空をすぎてすぐ、牡蠣筏の間を進むフェリーの航跡がみえてきます。
宮島（厳島神社）行きのフェリーです。海の中に立つ有名な大鳥居も見えますね。

Do you have where you feel at ease?

I flew out from bustle of big city.

Within a hour and half, during I enjoyed one cup of minestrone and Tully’s coffee, airplane was landing at seaside airport.

When I came back to TOUKA and open guest room windows for ventilation, I could see the usual sight there.
A Pukwan Ferry Boat sliding on the surface of the strait just 20:00pm.

I am not self-praising, but I really feel that here is where I feel at ease.

On coming November, 2 different repeating guests/group will come and stay here again.
One will come from neighbor country where winter comes earlier than Japan.
Another will come from the country of everlasting summer right on the equator.

For one guest, it will be his fourth stay here in TOUKA.
(We appreciate him very much. Because only 16 months has passed since we opened here.)

It is true that we are little and cheap guesthouse on small hill, but we want to be the place the first time users/guests where they want to stay again. To be like that, we are newly deciding that we welcome them with full of our hospitality.

ホッと安心できる場所、、いりませんか？

大都会の喧騒を背にひとっ飛び！

エアライン自慢のミネストローネとタリーズ・コーヒー一杯づつ飲む間のわずか1時間半で、海辺の空港に着陸。

「灯火」に戻り、換気のため、ゲストルームの窓を開け放つと、そこにはいつもどおりの光景！
20時ちょうどに眼下の海面を釜山行きのフェリーが滑っていきます。

自画自賛するわけでなく、、、
正直にココ、本当にホッとする場所なんです。
11月はリピーターのゲストさんも二組いらっしゃいます。

それぞれ、冬の来るのが少し早いお隣の国と、赤道直下、常夏の国からいらっしゃいます。

お一方はなんと４度目のご利用です。
（開業してまだ16ヶ月なのに、本当にほんとうに有難い話です。）

たしかに観光地でもない丘に立つちいさい安宿ではありますが、初めてのお客様にも、次また来たいと思っていただけるよう、まごころのおもてなしを心がけようと気持ちを新たにしています。

それでは、世界のどこかに心底ホッと出来る場所を持つことで、ご自身の舞台でさらに大きく羽ばたける、そんな素敵な一日を！
