Gliding above the clouds
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Was it too sunny for Marathon Day on Sunday? We have had rain here in Kanmon area since Monday.
It seems that there are many kinds of rain. Sometimes we see very fantastic view, when we keep looking down the strait.
The view we saw on Tuesday was that a ship flowed as if it were gliding above the clouds spreading below us.
This is truly a sea of clouds!
Usually, there are no ships floating in images of the sea of clouds that are posted as spectacular views. But here, a ship goes through a sea of clouds.
So, this was an introduction to strait watching, which can be enjoyed even on rainy days.

雲の上をすべるように
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
日曜のマラソン・デーに晴れ渡りすぎたのか、月曜からずっと雨模様のここ関門エリアです。
その雨にも色々あるようで、ここから見下ろしていると、時にとても幻想的な光景を見ることがあります。
火曜日に見た光景は、眼下に広がる雲の上をまるで滑っているかのように船が流れていきます。
これぞ まさに雲海！
通常、絶景と評して投稿される雲海の画像には船は浮かんでいませんが、ここでは雲の海を船が進んでいきます。
というわけで、たとえ雨の日でもけっこう楽しめる海峡ウォッチングのご紹介でした。
（もしかして、これって気嵐？！）
