From Fukuoka To the World, From the World to Fukuoka!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
This weekend, A World Class Big Event will be held in Fukuoka.
Kanmon area also excited, in advance to the Event.
The Event is “AMERICA’S CUP YACHT RACE”,
World most famous Yacht Race!
Why so exciting in Kanmon, where is not so close to event area?
It is because many yacht and sailboat is passing through the strait
to watch the yacht race.
They are coming from all over Japan, no, all over the world.
It seems yacht harbor in Hakata is full of boat from Hawaii, Russia, etc.
Wednesday, I was sitting at office in TOUKA watching a ships roll in.
The ship was LAGOON440, came from most famous yacht harbor in Japan, Zushi Marina, Kanagawa Japan.
So, “the Ship of This Week” is …
“RIVIERA LAGOON440”
I am getting excited to think about the event “AMERICA’s Cup.
As the manager of TOUKA is a sailor of racing yacht.

福岡から世界へ、世界から福岡へ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
この週末、福岡（市）で世界的なビック・イベントが開催されます。
それに照準を合わせて、ここ関門海峡の景色も面白くなってきました。
そのイベントとは「アメリカズカップ」
世界最高峰のヨットレースです。
なぜ今、関門海峡にいながらにして面白いのかというと、
日本各地、いや世界各地から観戦に集まる船（主にヨット）がこの海峡を通るから、、、
すでに博多湾には、ハワイやロシアを始め世界から比較的大型のヨットが集まっているようです。
水曜日も関東から一艇、観戦のためと思われるヨットが海峡を通過していくのを、ここ「灯火」から眺めていました。
日本で一番有名とも言えるヨットハーバー「逗子マリーナ」のクラブ艇。 高級カタマラン（双胴船）ヨットのラグーン440。
潮の流れの早い関門海峡の前で3時間ほど潮待ちの時間調整をして、お昼過ぎに関門橋をくぐりその姿を見せてくれました。
というわけで、、、
「今週の船！」はこのヨットに決まり！
「RIVIERA LAGOON440」
遠くから回航、ご苦労様でした。
（小さく見えますが、、、44ftもあります。）
さて、週末のアメリカズカップ、楽しみですね。
ヨットレースは参加するのも、観戦するのも興奮します。
宿主も一応、セーラーのはしっくれなので超ワクワクしています。
