The last race
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
My summer go-to spot, where I dash to after guests checked out and I cleaned up the guesthouse.
It is a saltwater pool that arrives after a race with ships running through the strait.
When I thought that the shower I took after daily routine works had finally become pleasantly cold,
I found that It’s already the last week of August.
The local schools have already entered the second term, and the children’s voices can no longer be heard there.
They said that the second half of this week will be closed due to the coming strong typhoon, so this will probably be my last visit of the year.
Even if there are few users, it will never be closed (staff info) and this rare saltwater pool that uses seawater from the strait is a one of facility that symbolizes this city, which is still comfortable to live in even with a declining population.
We hope they will be able to provide a comfortable summer retreat again next year.

最後のレース
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
ゲストさんがチェックアウトして、掃除をした後にダッシュで向かう夏の行きつけスポット。
海峡を走る船との競争を経て到着する塩水プール。
ひと仕事した後に浴びるシャワーがようやく心地よい冷たさになってきたと思ったら、、、
もう８月最終週！
地域の学校はもう二学期に突入したということで、子供たちの声も聞こえなくなりました。
おそらく今週後半は台風の通過によりお休みになるのではないかということなので、自分もこの回が今年ラストになるでしょう。
利用者が少なくても絶対に潰れない・閉鎖されない（スタッフ談）海水を利用した珍しい塩水プールは、人口が減ってなお暮らしやすいこの街を象徴する施設です。
来年もまた快適な夏の憩いの場を提供してもらいたいですね。
