Must eat before price increase!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Extremely hot days continuing in Japan this summer.
This heat is causing various troubles.
I concern about “price increase” because of the heat.
One franchising Japanese fast-food decided to increase its food price by the vegetable price increase.
As one of their restaurants located close to our nearest JR station, our guests sometimes use this shop. I haven’t used it for more than 2 years and I went to the shop yesterday.
In Saturday lunch time, there were a lot of customers eating there. I wait for a while and got seat. I ordered their standard CHANPON with double noodle without additional cost.
It has quite volume but noodle is too heavy and soup is a little tasteless for me. I recognize that I prefer “CHANRA” noodle soup of this town’s speciality.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日本では猛暑が続いています。
かれこれ数週間続いている暑さのために色々なところで影響が出ています。
最近気になった影響は「値上げ」。
とある日本のファストフード店が猛暑による青物野菜の高騰を理由に、間もなく「値上げ」を実施するとニュースが伝えていました。
最寄り駅から一番近いこともあって、このお店、当宿のゲストも利用されることがあります。最近、食べに行っていなかったので、調査も含め行ってみました。
土曜のお昼、結構な客足です。リストに名前を書いて２組待って席に付き注文。スタンダードな定番をなんと無料の麺増量にしてオーダーしました。
結構なボリュームですが、麺にしつこさがあるのと、スープにパンチがないことから、やっぱり門司港「ちゃんラー」の方が好きだなぁと再認識しました。
