Popular items are coming together!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Nowadays, in the middle of countdown mode to New Year’s Eve,

we noticed that we have not a few guests who have given us small gifts.

Gifts are provided not only from our repeat guests but also from first-time guests.

Though we are not their customer but they are ours.

And we got one this time too.

It doesn’t seem to be as expensive as a Japanese homecoming souvenir,

but we appreciate to the feeling of someone bringing us gift.

We think that the most important thing to do in return is high-quality hospitality.

Priceless relationship!

Our guests who came in a strong cold wave and stayed at this guesthouse

gave us a bouquet of flowers as a gift when they came back from sightseeing around this area.

It was not prepared before visiting Japan, but they came up with an idea and bought it for us while sightseeing.

It was very cold outside, but our heart felt very warm.

We are thrilled to be able to form such priceless relationships with our guests.

プライスレス！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

強力な寒波の中、当宿に滞在されたゲストさんが、

市内観光して戻ってきたら、プレゼントと言って花束をくださいました。

前もって準備されたわけでなく、観光している途中で思いついて買ってきてくれたとのこと。

外は冷たい北風が吹き荒れていましたが、心の中はほっこり温まりました。

ゲストさん達とこんなプライスレスなお付き合いができるなんて感激です。

あらためて、なんて素敵な仕事なんでしょう？

To meet with the friend

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As one exhibition focusing on my friend and his works, who went to the other side spring last year, is being held in this town, I went to see it on Friday.

I like his style of making movies, but I am not enthusiast about them. So I have not seen all his works.

In the exhibition, I found one movie which I am interested in so much. And I think that I want to watch it someday.

I felt excited with the expectation to meet with him again in his movie, which I haven’t seen yet.

友に会いに、、、

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

昨年の春、早くして向こう岸に渡っていった友とその作品に焦点を当てた展覧会が開催されているので、訪ねてみた。

作風は好きだったけれど、それほど熱烈なファンではなかったので、全ての作品に触れてきたわけではなかった。

今回紹介されていた作品の中にすごく惹かれるものがあったので、いつか見てみたいと思った。

また彼に会えるかもしれない期待になんだかワクワクしてきた。
