Precious findings by looking back 2 weeks trip around west Japan
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
About 2 and half weeks since a little before 3 days holiday in March, I drove to Tokyo by using unexpected off caused by cancellations due to COVID-19 global infection.
I tried not to go out in Tokyo, except necessary things to do and made my stay as short as possible. So I took time to drive around for my “Re-discovering Nippon”. As a conclusion, I feel that I could “turn evil and be happy”. As I did really enjoyed this trip very much, I think I can endure self-restraint for next one month, under the state of emergency declaration.
Actually, I had more wonderful encounters, rather than I have introduced here.
For example, high quality local day-use hot spring facilities. They have good quality hot spring water, clean free-flowing bath tabs and reasonable price setting with coupon accepting. More than anything, they don’t have many users and I could feel very safe in hot tab.
More than local hot spring, I had been impressed by meeting with people who are enjoying their local living with their own idea of life. Even I, who already moved to Kanmon area, found that there is no limit to excellence for wonderful life.
During this trip, I had learned a lot of things, good and new aspects of Japan and new styles of living in local areas. So I am now exciting very much with imagining that I will be able to discuss/talk with future guests about various happy lives.
Let’s make Abe Cabinet and people in Tokyo to work for the economy. We do want to pursue our own higher QOL together with our guests.

振り返って
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
３月の連休前後から２週間半、コロナウイルスのせいでキャンセル休業となってしまったので、やむなく出かけた東京行き。
東京では極力外出せずに、用事だけに集中して滞在を最短で切り上げたことで、戻りにじっくりと「にっぽん再発見」が出来ました。なんとか「災い転じて福となす」ことが出来たのではないかと思います。この旅を満喫できたので、緊急事態宣言下、これからひと月の外出自粛にも耐えられそうです。
実はここでこれまで紹介した以外にも素敵な出会いがたくさんありました。
たとえば、地方のハイレベルな日帰り温泉施設。泉質が良くて、かけ流しで清潔、リーズナブルな上にJAFの割引まで効いて大満足。なにより利用者数が少なく空いていて、これからは地方観光の時代だと実感しました。
温泉よりもさらに感動したのが、新しい価値観をもって地方ライフを楽しんでいる人たちとの出会い。すでに関門でのＵターン生活を実践している自分ですが、「上には上がいるなぁ」と貴重な気付きをたくさんいただきました。
今回にっぽんの良さや新しい人生観を仕込んだことで、これからのゲストとの会話もさらに盛り上がるだろうとワクワクしています。
経済は安倍内閣と東京にいる人達に任せて、ゲストさんたちと一緒にQOLを高めていきたいですね。
