A NINJA came to this guesthouse!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

A NINJA on Kawasaki’s motorcycle “Ninja” visited this guesthouse.

As a matter of fact, he is our guest who understands our sense of humor. He is kind enough to carry our Katana(sword) on his back to be taken in photo. He looks cool, doesn’t he?

Because the manager of TOUKA is also a motorcycle rider, we welcome riders very much.

However the steep road in front of the house may choose the rider. But don’t worry about it, the manager will help you to park your bike in our garage.
(We have had various riders stay in this guesthouse.)

カワサキの「Ｎｉｎｊａ」に乗って、忍者が現れました！

当宿のジョークがわかる粋なゲストさんで、刀まで背負ってくれました。彼カッコいいですよね。

宿主もバイク乗りなので、ライダーのご利用大歓迎です。

ただ宿の前の急坂がライダーを選びますが、宿主もサポートしますので安心してお越しください。
（過去、何台もご利用いただきました。）

”Kanmon Strait Museum” which was on last article was renewal opened just one year ago.

All floors except street of Taisho era atmosphere was refurbished drastically.

I feel like the port town was like used to be, ordinary weekend before COVID-19 pandemic.

A little wish is that this town become that of used to be without risk of infection.

We believe that we are not the only people who wish so.

ささやかな願い！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

先の記事で紹介した「関門海峡ミュージアム」、ちょうど一年前の今日リニューアル・オープンしています。

大正ロマンなストリート以外は全フロアが大幅にリノベされたのですが、、、

話は変わって現在、連休二日目の港町です。

少しだけ新型コロナウイルスの感染が拡がる前に戻ったように見えました。

ささやかな願いは、感染の心配なしに、以前の町に戻って欲しいということ。

Being reluctant

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

How did you spend the last weekend of August, 2020?

There were many people in Kanmon went out side just like they recover forgotten summer.

Merry voices of children playing in the water, it is good to hear in summer but I heard it after long time.
(It is hard to see people in 50m swimming pool, but there was not so many there.)

Temperature was still high but water temperature was no longer hot like 2 weeks ago. So we could feel that we are all over the peak of this summer.

Everything was really unusual in this summer. We do hope that we will have usual summer next year.

名残惜しんで

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

８月最後の週末はいかがお過ごしになりましたか？

ここ関門エリアでは、忘れていた夏を慌てて取り戻そうとしているかのような人出でした。

（人出とはいっても、ココ関門エリアでは画像程度ですけれど、、、）

子供たちが水ではしゃぐ声、、、なんか久しぶりに聞いた気がします。
（画像では分かりにくいですが、50mプールの方はそれほど人はいません。）

気温はまだまだ高いものの、水温はひと頃ほどの熱さはなくて、全身で夏のピークを越えたことを感じることが出来るようになりました。

これまで体験したことのなかったような異常な夏、、、来年はいつもの夏が戻ってくると良いですね。
