After the further rain
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
The weather has been unstable whole this weekdays. It rained and stopped all day in Kanmon area.
I had felt troublesome to go out from this comfortable guesthouse, but went out in a hurry, because I heard that an interesting exhibition ended in this week.
In Japan, the government is planning to change design of all bills soon. The bill gathering biggest attention is new 10,000JPY bill with a picture of an important man for Japanese civilization. A long running TV drama about his biography have been on air and get popular nowadays.
NHK, who is producing the drama, has holding a traveling exhibition at various areas in Japan and our town was selected as one of the locations for the exhibition. This town does match for the event, because it had been developed very much during MEIJI, the era setting of the drama. Best location around Kyushu and Chugoku, isn’t it?
I personally feel happy that such exhibition is held in this town.
The day I visited was the last day of exhibition and it rained hard as other days of this week.
After sheltering from the rain, strong sunlight started to shine, when I walked to my car on the way back from the exhibition. Then I looked back and found a big rainbow over the museum, place of the exhibition.
It was not a single rainbow, but huge and double rainbows.
This means that something good will really happen soon, won’t it?

さらに雨降って、、、
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
今週ウィークデイの気候はずっと不安定なままで、ずっと雨が降ったり止んだりの関門エリアでした。
快適な宿から外に出るのが億劫な毎日でしたが、わが町で開催されているあるイベントが最終日を迎えたことを知り、慌てて見に行きました。
日本ではまもなく紙幣のデザイン変更が準備されていて、その中でも目玉が一万円札。その顔になる歴史上の人物に話題が集中し、その伝記を元にした長編テレビドラマが結構評判を呼んでいます。
そのドラマ制作に関する展覧会が日本全国巡回開催中で、福岡ではわが町にその会場が設定されました。この町はドラマの舞台である明治から大正にかけて発展した町なので、ベストロケーションですね。（これまでも他のドラマの巡回展覧会が開催されてきました。）
展覧会そのものよりも、この町が開催場所に選ばれるような環境だということをうれしく思います。
そしてその最終日、今週全般のお天気状況に違わず、ものスゴい雨でしたが、、、
雨宿りをかねた観覧後に会場を後にすると、突然強い陽の光が指してきました。
振り返ると会場の関門海峡ミュージアムを包むように大きな虹がかかっていました。それも二重に！
これは、、、ホントに良いことがあるかもですね。
