Good thing in cold weather?
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
It is getting colder and colder everyday after sunset here in Kanmon area.
But cold weather is not only bad thing. There is a good thing, such as clear air.
This is the most recommended spot in this town, which I advised guest of last weekend to visit. I don’t think he could stay until sunset but this night view is the best time to see this building.
Because of clear air, the lights were sparkling like an air picture yesterday, even before the Christmas decorating lights were not on yet.
I heard that they have already decorated their station in Fukuoka city, the capital of this pref., with too many LED lights for the event Christmas Market they say. However I prefer this retro station’s lighting, which is chic and stylish.

寒くなって良いこと？
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日没後の気温が日に日に寒くなる関門エリアです。
気温が下がるということは、悪いことばかりではありません。何より良いのは空気が澄んでくることです。
週末、はるばる東京から来てくれた旧友でもあるゲストに、とんぼ返りで忙しいだろうけど是非見ていってね、と勧めたスポットです。彼は日没まではいれなかったと思いますが、この夜の風景を見てもらいたかったですね。
空気が澄んできたせいか、クリスマス用の電飾もまだなのに、昨日はまるで絵のように光がキラキラ弾けていました。
県庁所在地では、クリスマスマーケットと称して既に駅を電飾でビカビカに飾り付けているそうですが、自分はこっちのレトロなほうが「素朴で粋」な感じがして好きです。
それでは、控えめに、だけどしっかり輝いて素敵な一日を！
