There are also full of fine foods in our neighbor three prefecture in Kyushu, Oita, Kumamoto and Saga.
Let us introduce these in this article, cause they were so delicious.
It is no exaggeration to say that western Japan including Kyushu are in “UDON cultural zone”.
But here is an exception, Soba, buckwheat noodle, taste so good in this place. We want you to try it in this recipe.

九州 秋のグルメ
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
お隣の三県、大分・熊本・佐賀にも美味しいものがいっぱい。
あまりにも美味しかったので紹介させていただきます。
西日本〜九州は主に「うどん文化圏」といっても過言ではありませんが、
ここだけはお蕎麦がとっても美味しいです。それも是非ともこのスタイルで味わっていただきたい。
秋が唇にまとわりついてきて、なんともうれしい山の味覚です。
山の食材といえば、、、
秋だけに限ったわけではありませんが、こちらもおすすめ！
これぞ、ザ・九州ど真ん中 という味とボリュームでした。
