Thinking about today’s supporting role who sank into this strait!

Today, March 3rd is the girl’s day in Japan.
All families in Japan which has daughter display Hina dolls to pray her healthy and happy future.
On the top level of Hina dolls, a couple of beautiful dolls are displayed. They are imitation of ancient Emperor and Empress.
The couple dolls looks very happy, but there was one tragic emperor sank in this strait, we always look down from the window of TOUKA. He died in infancy, age of six, because of severe political warfare.
He could not meet with not only Empress, but also princess. He don’t know even what the love is. We cannot help but feel sorry for him.
With that sad story, the area in this town where I was born is called DAIRI (imperial place). With the consideration of Kyoto’s imperial place, different KANJI (Chinese character) are used for our DAIRI but it has GOSHO (imperial house). So I think seriously about the meaning of displaying Hina dolls in this town.
Thank you and you have a nice wonderful country, where any child is never unhappy caused by selfish adults (neither ill‐treatmentcruelty nor country budget deficit).

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日本では今日は「女の子の日」です。
各家庭では、娘の健康と幸せとを祈り、ひな人形を飾ります。
ひな人形では最上段に一対の美しいカップルを飾るのですが、その二人はいにしえの天皇・皇后を表しています。
飾られた人形を見ると、お二人はとても幸せそうですが、「灯火」から見下ろす海峡には「幸せ」とは程遠い「悲劇の天皇」が沈んでいます。政略戦争の結果、６歳の幼さでこの海峡に入水なさった陛下です。
きっとお妃さまどころか、恋愛すらも知らずご逝去されたのだろうと思うと可哀想で仕方ありません。
さて、そういういわれのある土地でもあり、この町でも自分の生まれた地区を「だいり」と呼びます。世（都）をはばかり漢字は当て字ですが、「御所」もある町です。そんな歴史のある土地でひな人形を飾ることの意味を真剣に考えてしまいました。
それでは、男女を問わず、大人の都合で子供を不幸にしない素敵な国を！虐待でも、財政赤字でも。
