Series: Changing Port Town – Moving Town!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
When I visited new location of historical book store in this town, I got a new curiosity.
Because I found “For Sale” board on the next door.
There is a shop name on remaining signboard, which is in my memory. (It might be a tradition of this town to remain old signboard on old building.)
After searching with the shop name, I found that the shop was not closed. It moved to different location as the book store. I visited the new shop and I could meet with nostalgic taste.
It was rustic taste with tradition more than 50 years. I think that this is much more proper food for the speciality of this town.
(I could reach to this taste by the remaining signboard at old location. Is this the reason why people leave signboard?)
Shops move (physically) in this town. The tasted was kept even though the shop was relocated. This may be the style of this town, as the town of strait with strong current.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
懐かしい本屋さんが移転した先を訪ねてみて、新たな気がかりが生まれました。
それはそのお隣、、、そこには「売物件」の張り紙。
看板には聞いたことのあるお店の名前。調べてみると閉店したのではなく、移転したようでした。（看板はそのまま残して、、、不思議とこの町ではこのパターン多いです。）
その看板からたどって検索、新店舗の方を訪れると、とっても懐かしい味に巡り合うことができました。
50年以上も続く素朴な味、、、むしろこの味のほうがこの町の名物に相応しい気がします。
（看板を残すことでこんな巡り合わせ、、、だからみんな看板を残すのかな？）
店舗が（物理的にも）流動する町、、、ロケーションが変わっても味は続く。潮の流れが早い海峡の町にあって、この町らしいスタイルなのかもしれません。
