It was very difficult and take time for us to get goods whose effectiveness against the virus are approved by reliable university and institution.

However it seems that there is not perfect in infection prevention and only we can do is to do our best and ask our guest to understand and cooperate for mutual safety.

なんか怪しいのでなくて、信頼できる大学・研究機関が効果アリと認めるものを集めるのが大変でした。

でも、完璧というのはないようで、、、新型コロナ感染対策。日々努力とゲストへ協力を呼びかけるしかなさそうです。

Praying for rain

It is raining as forecasted.

In the country, the opposite side of the earth, today is the independence day for them.
(To be exact, it is not the day yet, because of time difference.)

We heard that there won’t be any fireworks to celebrate the day.
I do hope that my forth hometown will recognize present condition, take right measure and be recovered from the spread of infection as soon as possible.
I wonder why they don’t corporate each other to fight against great evil for freedom and peace like their favorite Hollywood movies.

We cannot imagine that people in the world will move across the countries without that country’s recovery.

Thank you and you have a nice day to celebrate the Declaration of Independence from COVID-19 with all people on the earth.

雨に祈る

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

予報通り、雨の土曜日です。

今日は海の向こう、地球の反対側では「独立記念日」だったりします。
（正確には、時差のせいでまだその日にはなっていませんが、、、）

今年はお祝いの花火もなかったりするようですが、
第４のふるさとが、早く現状に認識し、正しい対策に着手し、１日も早い回復を遂げることを祈っています。
映画の世界ではみんなが力を合わせて自由と平和を実現するのが得意なのになぁ。

やっぱりかの大国の復活なくして、世界の人の流れが回復することはありません。

それでは、１日も早く世界中で同時にCOVID-19からの独立を宣言する素敵な一日を！

Time flies like an arrow

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Today marks our third anniversary.

However we could not hold any event to celebrate and this is the hardest anniversary ever.

As we opened this TOUKA on TAIAN day( = happy day of Japanese calendar), we had grown by small yet sure steps for first three and half years with increasing number of guests. We thanks to repeater and all guests, specially guests from neighbor countries.

But the TAIAN effect might work only 3 years and now we are in critical situation.

With getting benefit from government and subsidy from local government, we try to overcome this hardships. We have gotten cheering and support from various people. We are really encouraged by them and we do appreciate them.

光陰矢の如し

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

本日を持ちまして、当宿「灯火」は四周年を迎えることとなりました。

けれども、お祝いのイベントも開催できずに、正直これまでで一番厳しいアニバーサリーです。

４年前の大安吉日に開業したご利益もあったのか、当初から3年半は少しずつゲストも増えていました。特にリピーターゲストが増えたこと、なかでもお隣の国からのゲストが増えたことを有り難いと感じています。

ただ、そんな大安効果も三年までだったのか、現在は感染症の影響で非常に厳しい状態です。

なんとか国や自治体からの給付金・助成金などで現状を乗り切ろうと健闘中です。皆さんからの心配や励ましの声も届いていて、本当に有り難いです。それを励みに今年はなんとかこらえます。

どうぞこれからも当宿をご愛顧・ご贔屓のほどよろしくお願いします。
