Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As we mentioned sometimes, we can see fireworks from here every weekend during the summer, which are set off in various places along this strait.

Fireworks were also set off over the strait over last weekend, and although they were a distance away, they entertained our guests.

And today is the last holiday of the September tourist season.

We wonder if fireworks will be set off somewhere again to entertain us?

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

夏の間、いろんな場所で上げられる花火が週末のたびにここから見れることは以前にも紹介しましたが、、、

週末もこの海峡では花火が上がっていて、距離こそありましたが、ゲストさんたちを楽しませてくれました。

そして今日は９月の行楽シーズンの最後の祝日です。

またどこかで上がる花火が私たちを楽しませてくれるかな？

Something we can find here that you can’t find in Tokyo!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Tokyo, the largest city in Japan.

There are a lot of people, and the number of foreign tourists is also incomparable to here.

There are lots of delicious and new foods, and as long as you have money you can eat anything tasty.

Department stores and luxury brand shops line the streets, and there are many beautifully dressed gentlemen and ladies.

There are many office buildings and high-rise apartments, and a lot of wealthy people. The number of luxury cars driving around the city is also extraordinary.

However,

you can’t see the sunset over the sea in Tokyo, unless you go to neighboring Chiba or Kanagawa.

Unfortunately, there may not be as many people on the beach as the suburbs of Tokyo, but why not end the day quietly watching a sunset like this?

ここに有って、東京には無いもの！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

日本で一番の大都市東京。

人がいっぱいいて、ガイジン観光客もココとは比べものにならないくらい多い。

美味しくて、目新しい食べ物もいっぱいあって、お金さえあれば旨いもんがなんでも食べられる。

百貨店や高級ブランドのお店が軒を並べ、素敵な装いの紳士淑女が大勢。

オフィスビルやタワマンもたくさん建っていて、お金持ちも大勢。街を走る高級車も桁違いに多い。

でも、、、

海に沈む夕陽は見れません。お隣の千葉や神奈川に行かないと、、、

残念ながら東京近郊のように、海辺に大勢人はいないかもしれませんが、静かにこんな夕陽を眺めながら一日を終えるのはいかがでしょう？

にっぽんの夏、北九の夏っ！ / Summer in Nippon, Summer in Kitakyushu!

Summer in Nippon, Summer in Kitakyushu!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Our guests who were attending a music festival in Yamaguchi checked out earlier than their plan, so…

We went to experience Summer!

To be honest, I found out about this event in my town from a foreign guest who stayed with us last weekend.

According to the guest who went on a weekday, there were so few people that she felt embarrassed to join the main crowd,

but as of yesterday, there were so many people that it was surprising to see so many young people and children in this town.

According to the dancer who was hosting the event, there were more people in attendance yesterday than when the event was held at Yahoo! Auctions Dome.

(Maybe because yesterday was the last day of the event?)

We’re happy to see that there are an increasing number of good events that local people can enjoy, such as the Christmas market at the end of last year.

There are an increasing number of good elements of life in Kitakyushu that we would like former Kitakyushu residents who have abandoned, or rather, left, Kitakyushu to try out.

にっぽんの夏、北九州の夏っ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

山口で開催されたフェス参加のゲストさんが予定を繰り上げてチェックアウトされたので、、、

行ってきました、夏を体感しに！

実は恥ずかしながら、先週末ご利用の海外ゲストさんに教えてもらって、おいらの街のイベントを知りました。

ウィークデーに行かれたゲストさんの話では、中心の和に加わるのが恥ずかしぐらい人が少なかったそうですが、

昨日の時点では、この街ってこんなに若い人や子供たちって多かったっけと驚くほどの人出でした。

司会担当のダンサーの話では、ヤフオクドームで開催した時よりも昨日の集客は多かったそうです。

（昨日がイベント最終日だったからでしょうか？）

昨年末のクリスマスマーケットといい、結構地元の皆さんが喜ぶような良いイベントが増えていることをうれしく思います。

北九州を捨てて、もとい、離れていった元北九州っ子にも試してもらいたい北九州暮らしが増えています。

それでは、季節色豊かな街で、にっぽんの四季を満喫する素敵な一日を！
