Thanks to our guests, we found out that the live broadcast of this news has been blocked from public viewing by the government of  the neighbor country.

Though the country is so big, how timid their government is!

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

近年では、世界的なスポーツイベントが開催される時にみんなで一緒に観戦するというイベント＝パブリックビューイングがよく開催されるようになりましたが、、、

こんなパブリックビューイングはどうでしょう？

海外の社会的なイベントをゲストさんと真面目に視聴する。

事の成り行きを観覧するとともに、隣国の対応も確認する。

おかげで隣国ではこのニュースのライブ配信は一般視聴できないようにブロックされていることがわかりました。

国土は巨大な割に、肝っ玉は意外とミミズほどに小さいんですね。

An Episode having big laugh with our guests

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

The most fantastic thing in managing a guesthouse is

to chatting with our guests.

It happened too yesterday. We start talking about cooking.

Our guest taught us that Tenshin-han is not cooked in Tenshin.

I talked about root of Mapo Tofu, representative dish in Sichuan, which l learned in Mapo Tofu special restaurant in Tokyo.

Our guest agreed it and taught us the essential seasonings for making Mapo Tofu.

Our guest also taught us that that famous seasoning, Chinese chili oil, was used in one interesting video of a fanny song.

Our guest taught us the original song used as song for national uplift of our neighbor. Comparing them, both of us laughed very much.

( Because I was a big fun of the former prime minister. )

ゲストさんとの会話で大笑いした件

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

ゲストハウスを運営する中で一番魅力的なのは、、、

ゲストさんとの会話！

昨日も料理の話題に始まり、天津飯は天津にはないことを教わったり、

四川料理の代表格、麻婆豆腐について、自分が東京の専門店で知った誕生に由来について話すと、

ゲストさんはそうそうと頷きながら、麻婆豆腐を作るのに欠かせない調味料を教えてくれました。

その人気のラー油の話をしていたら、ラー油のラベルを加工した面白い歌のパロディー動画があることも教えてくれました。

動画を見ながら、曲の方は実はお隣の国の国家高揚の歌をパックっていることも解説してくれて、動画を見比べながらゲストさんと爆笑してしまいました。

今後、対岸をゲストと眺める時のBGMにしようかと密かに考えたりしています。

（実は元首相の熱烈なファンなので、、、笑）

Thanks to global warming, this week, I could enjoy comfortable outdoor activities / marine sports out of season.

In the vast field right next to the beach, many cabbages were forming large balls.

They seem to get ready to be harvested in a little while.

At such a timing, the weather forecast calls for a cold wave with snowfall is coming this weekend.

It seems to compensate for the missing elements during the cabbage growth process.

We are looking forward to the day when our proud local vegetables will be available in stores.

寒くなれ、甘くなれ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

地球温暖化のおかげで(?)、季節外れの快適なアウトドア・マリンスポーツを楽しんだ今週。

ビーチのすぐの横の広大な畑では、大きく結球していました。

あと少しすれば収穫出来そうですね。

そんなタイミングでこの週末から降雪を伴うほどの寒波が訪れるという天気予報。

これで成長の過程で足りなかった要素が補われそうですね。

自慢の地元産野菜、店頭に並ぶ日が楽しみです。
