On Tuesday, after the rain, I walked around this town with many slopes to do my personal business.

And I found beautifully blooming UME (Japanese plum) flowers in this neighborhood.

It is spring now, I did realized.

Yes, but it is spring and after the rain. You know, the next day after the rain will be very bad for the people with pollen allergy.

This is pollen forecast of today, Wednesday. Here, it is better than other areas, as you see?

雨上がりの火曜日、用事に合わせて、この坂の町を散歩すると、、、

ご近所の梅がきれいに咲いていました。

春ですね。

そうです。雨の降った後です。春雨の翌日は花粉症の人には大変です。

今日水曜日の予報ですが、、、ほらね、他と比べると今日も関門エリアは少しマシでしょう。

Not turn into something serious!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As I already reported, we got a water leaking on our hot water heater.

Yesterday, a repair service man of the maker visited us to check and fix it.

As the equipment is very important for us to run this guesthouse, we have hoped no critical damage on it.

As the result, the repair work would be completed by changing one part.
Because of pandemic, every material running shortage and water heater is already in low stock, we heard from our friend. Thank you to anyone who worried about us for this trouble.

事なきを得る！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

先週起きた地震の影響で漏水した当宿の給湯器。

メーカーのサービスマンに出張点検修理してもらいました。

物が物だけに致命的なダメージがないことを祈っていたのですが、、、

結果的には部品一点の交換で修理は完了しました。
不動産関係の知り合いからはこの時期コロナの影響の物不足で給湯器欠品続きと情報をもらったりしていましたが、本当にご心配をおかけして失礼いたしました。

それでは、致命的な問題は極力回避して素敵な一日を！

Winter warm weather!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

In these several days, it had snow and frozen roads in Kanto area in Japan where Tokyo belongs to.

Here, we have cold wind but warm sunshine. So around noon, we can stay without heater.

We are trying to make ourselves busy moving around to utilize this precious warm sunshine.

It seems that such calm weather will continue til the end of this three-day holidays.

ここ数日、関東エリアでは降雪や道路凍結の被害が出るほど冬型の気候が強まっていますが、

ここ関門エリアでは風は冷たいですが日差しは暖かく、昼間は暖房無しで生活できるほどです。
