This is more than my imagination!?
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
When I work through internet, I often see this banner recently.
I think this is because I am working in hostel industry. And this industry in Japan is not calm before the starting of new law in coming June.
To study for making better hostel here, I checked what kind of accommodation our guest used in past. Nowadays I am seeing so many cases that those accommodations disappeared. (I guess that owners abandon to continue their accommodation service before the law will start.)
Confidentially speaking, I sometimes see comments of guests disappointing on the other owners’ listings, when I search what kind of room the guests, who didn’t stay in TOUKA after their inquiry, actually stayed instead of TOUKA. So I understand new law is really necessary for travelers satisfaction in staying Japan safe/comfortable.
Anyway, it is more than my imagination that some one started this type of supporting business for MINPAKU owner to stop doing their business.
By the way, TOUKA is officially approved hostel by fire department and city healthcare center. Local police officers visit here frequently.
So please feel safe and comfortable staying TOUKA. If you search other guests’ comments about us, you will be able to understand how we provide accommodations here.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
インターネットを介して、仕事をしていると、、、
最近こんなバナー広告が目に飛び込んできます。
宿泊業界で仕事をしているからでしょうか、６月からの法規制施行に向けて、業界全体がざわついているようです。
勉強のため・より良い宿づくりのため、これまでゲストがどんなトコに泊まったのかを検索してきましたが、最近その宿がなくなっているというケースが増えてきました。（法律施行前に撤退を決めたのでしょうか？）
実は宿泊の問い合わせだけされて、利用されなかった方が発信した他施設についてのレビューを見ると、とんでもなくガッカリされたようなケースも散見していたので、法律による規制も止む終えない状況だったと思います。
それにしても、こうしたニーズ（？）に対応して、撤退支援サービスまで出てくるとは、お隣の国に負けず我が国も商魂逞しいんだなぁと感心してしまいます。
さて、当宿はそもそも「民泊」ではなく、消防・保健所に認可された正規の「簡易宿所」です。地元警察にも定期的に出入りしていただいている施設です。
