I heard a news that tornado occurred in Shizuoka pref. and houses and tea fields got damaged by that.

City of Makinohara is the beautiful place of tea plantation where I had driven through a few weeks ago.

Though I may not pay attention usually. but I do feel worry about the area, because I was there actually.

Saturday in the weekend was the eighty‐eighth day from the beginning of spring, when tea farmers are very busy harvesting. So I am worried about if the farmers I saw are OK.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。

今回の寒気を伴う低気圧のせいで、静岡で竜巻が発生し、家屋や茶畑に被害が出たそうです。

牧之原市 といえば、すこし前に車で走り抜けた茶畑の美しいエリア。

実際に行ったことがあると、聞き流してしまいそうなニュースにも心が動きます。

この週末の土曜日は八十八夜、、、あの時茶葉を収穫していた農家の方には被害はなかったでしょうか？

I am enjoying dual lives in both Tokyo and Kanmon.

The biggest spot between two area is:

During my trip between Tokyo and Kanmon this time, I enjoyed moving around the mountain.

At first, let me introduce the morning moment after a long drive and a short nap at the beach.

デュアルライフの狭間に！

I could finish my dream camping with perfect weather and full satisfaction. Actually I have thought about visiting Shizuoka since new year holidays.
Because our city, Kitakyushu, had held a campaign to travel to Shizuoka and I checked this camp site to apply the campaign.

Unfortunately I could not get free air ticket to Shizuoka, I am happy to stay the camp site on the way back from Tokyo.

I noticed one thing when I drove in Shizuoka,
that people in Shizuoka aren’t interested in Kitakyushu as much as people in Kitakyushu think.

There are not a few things which we cannot learn without visiting the place.

I heard that daily flights between Shizuoka airport to Kitakyushu airport are suspended whole this month, due to COVID-19. I do really pray that flights are restarted and Kitakyushu will succeed its PR to Shizuoka and get mutual lover after all.

We also expect many guests from Shizuoka.

片想い？

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

念願のキャンプを最高の天気＆大満足で終えることが出来ました。実は静岡は年明けから注目していた場所なんです。
なぜなら、わが街 北九州から静岡を目指すキャンペーンがあったからで、このキャンプ場もキャンペーンに応募するために調べた場所でした。

残念ながらキャンペーンに当選することはありませんでしたが、今回東京との行き来の途中でキャンプ場に立ち寄れてよかったと思ってます。

そんな場所、静岡を走りながら気付きました。
北九州が思っているほど、静岡の人は北九州にたいして関心がないことを、、、

実際に行ってみないとわからないこと少なくないですね。

今の騒動で当該の路線（静岡空港 – 北九州空港）も運休されているようです。一日も早く運行が再開されるとともに、北九州のPRが強化され、晴れて静岡と両想いになることを期待しています。

静岡のみなさん、是非わが町にいらしてください。想像以上の感動を得られますよう、しっかりおもてなし・アドバイスさせていただきます。
