Spectacular!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
There were so many activities here during last weekend that I couldn’t describe them before Monday.
The previous article was up to the sunset and the sunset was pretty beautiful just before setting.
However the main event cafe after the sunset.
When I was back to this guesthouse, I heard plosive sounds from outside. As a festival had been held during whole weekend, I thought the sounds came from the port town.
But there was nothing happening to the port direction. I found that the sounds came from the downtown Kitakyushu. The area around the seaside stadium was very bright and unusual.
Thousands of fireworks were set off there.
Because of COVID-19 pandemic, it seemed to be the first time in a long time to launch 15,000 fireworks around here.
There was a distance from here to the stadium but it was quite spectacular to watch big size fireworks with the same line of sight.
Anyway, we can also see fireworks from here in the middle of August. So we think we have observatory superior seats here.
We do expect same scale fireworks show again next year. Of course we hope that Strait Fireworks Festival is also held next year.

壮観！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
この週末の出来事は盛りだくさんで、月曜の記事にも書ききれないほどです。
先の記事は夕陽まででしたが、その夕陽が沈む直前がすごくきれいで、
さらに言うと、日が沈んだ後が最高でした。
宿に戻り、外から破裂音が聞こえてきたので、お祭りも開催中だし、いつもの港の方角かと思いきや、
今回は繁華街の方角にあるスタジアム周辺がスゴいことになってました。
コロナ禍の影響で、このあたりでは久しぶりの１万５千発規模の打ち上げだったらしいです。
少し距離はあるとはいえ、大型の花火が目の高さで炸裂するのは見応えがあります。
それにしても、お盆の花火も結構見れるし、ここは特等観覧席だなぁと思います。
また来年もこのスタジアムでやって欲しいですね。もちろん海峡大花火大会の再開にも期待しています。
