Here comes the season!
I visited oyster processing yard of my parent’s friend.
(*Suounada-sea: Around offshore airport is oysters’ good growing farm.)
They have grown bigger and tightened since the end of Jan.
After cleansing shells manually, they are stocked for a while in clear sterilized seawater tank.
Then the oysters become clean and glamorous, ready to eat.
Look at its adductor muscle! It is so big.
I made a plump beautiful oyster slide from its shell into my mouth.
It’s so tasty and more than words I can describe.
OK, this is the story of “Food Safety comes from Reliable Producers”.
Specially in the case of raw oyster in Japan recent years.
Anyway, please try this local brand “Buzenkai Hitotsubu Kaki(Oyster)” here in Moji.
One big oyster event will be held this weekend in our town.
I hope that their size and tightness are satisfactory level,
and fresh and clean enough to eat them raw.
(even they are served for BBQ.)

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
さあさあ、シーズン到来です。
親が知り合いの作業場に行ってきました。
（＊↑ 周防灘、海上空港周辺の海域が養殖の好漁場。）
ようやく１月終わりからぐっと大きく成長して、ギュッと身も締ってきたようです。
殺菌海水の浄化槽で、殻の中までキレイになったグラマラスな身入り。
その貝柱の大きいこと大きいこと！
そのプルンプルンな奴を、そのまま口にツルんとすべり込ませる、、、、
嗚呼、、、やめられません。
以上、食の安全は、信頼からという話でした。
是非、地元ブランド「豊前海 一粒かき」一度食べてみてください。
この週末、門司港でも大々的にやるみたいです。
さてさて、サイズ・身の締り具合はどうでしょう？
