Both ways are very good!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As we got more than expected, we tried different way.

When I went abroad, I saw raw oyster is the most popular way to eat oyster, but baking oyster seems to be major here. They may not like to take risk, I thought. Because it is my standard to eat raw at first.

This time, I tried to bake some of them after a long time. And I felt oysters grow here may be better to be baked. Because soup which remain on shell after we ate oyster meat is so tasty.

Don’t you come here and try our oyster “Buzen Hitotsubu Kaki?
Please try both “raw” and “baked” oysters!

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

いただきもの、結構たくさんもらったので、食べ方を変えてみました。

どの国に行っても、食べ方は「生」が王道ですが、このあたりでは「焼き」が主流のように思います。「生」のリスクを嫌ってでしょうか。自分はまず生で食べる、、、が基準ですけれど、、、

久しぶりに焼いて食べてみると、もしかしたらココで採れるものは「焼き」の方が良いのではないか、という気がしてきました。焼いて身を食べた後に殻に残るスープがすごく美味しいからです。

Let’s change the atmosphere

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Yesterday, we got my favorite one again.

This time, we opened them and try to eat them in a little different atmosphere, eating with watching harbor view, as if you were in New York or wharf in San Francisco.

Its taste is 120% guaranteed and we think that more and more tourists from foreign countries will try them, if we provide them easy access and fashionable atmosphere. As far as I know, more foreigners like raw oysters than us generally.

Interesting thing is that we don’t have guests, when we get them from my friend. Because of it, we have no idea to provide them in this guesthouse. However it may be good idea to let our guests visit the friend and let them buy there and eat them there in fresh. I was thinking like that letting fresh one slide into my throat.

It was really good eating fresh seafood, watching harbor lights of the other side. We did feel a kind of illusion that we lost where we are.

雰囲気を変えて、、、

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

自分も大好きなこの地域の銘産品。

有り難いことにまた大きくて新鮮なものをいただいたので、今度は少し雰囲気を変えて、海を見ながらいただくことにしました。ニューヨークや、サンフランシスコのワーフみたいに、、、（ニューオリンズが大衆的で一番かな）

味は120％保証できる絶品なので、あとは新鮮なものが手に入れやすいようにしてあげて、プラスお洒落が付いてくれば、海外からの観光客にも受け入れられるのではないかと感じています。自分の経験からむしろ海外の方が好きな人多いように思います。

面白いことに、いただきものがあると決まって／残念ながらゲストがおらず。まあ、ものがものなので宿から提供することはありませんが。でもゲストが望めば、一緒に知り合いのところへ買いに行って、その場で食べてもいいかもしれないな、など思いながら、ひとつ喉を滑らせたのでした。

The property I really want to inherit

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Finally we are getting into the Winter here in Kanmon area. Weather forecasters said that it is the normal temperature but we feel “very cold”, because it had been warm last several weeks.

There is not only bad things in cold climate in Kanmon’s winter.

Yesterday, I got shared local winter speciality in my parents house. This is relatively new speciality of this area. Because friends of my parents are running farms along east coast of this area, they have given my parents fresh gift from the sea in this time of year.

If the timing is right, we have sometimes went out with our guests to taste the speciality of winter. The guests who experienced it says yummy and we have proud of it.

I do want to inherit this property (procurement channel = human relation) from my parents.

なんとしても相続したい財産

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ここ関門にも、とうとう冬がやってきました。例年の寒さらしいですが、これまで暖かかった分、すごく寒く感じます。

関門の冬は、寒くても嫌なことばかりではありません。

つい昨日も実家で、この地の「冬の味覚」をおすそ分けしてもらいました。比較的あたらしいこの地域の名産品（銘産品）です。親が仲良くしている方が養殖を営んでいることもあり、この時期になると採れたばかりの新鮮なものをいただきます。

タイミングが合えば、ゲストといっしょに食べに行くこともある「冬の味覚」。食べた人はみなさんとても美味しいと喜ばれます。

そんな美味しい調達ルート（人間関係）、しっかり受け継ぎたいですね。
