Blue sky, white cloud,

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As usual, I got in my car after cleaning hostel,
raced with ship in the strait to the swimming pool
and jumped into clear sparkling water.

On the way back, I stopped at one place.

Blue sky, white cloud, flowing sea,
and beautiful ship!

I took photo of her with the bridge for a background.

Yes, this is my Hometown,
and this is the town TOUKA locates.

KAIWO MARU, will leave here in this afternoon.
Weather will be fine whole day.
How about taking cool shot with your camera,
which will close this extremely hot summer 2017?

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。

いつもの通り、掃除の後、車に飛び乗り、
潮に乗って海峡を走る船と競争して、プールへドボン！

その帰りに、気になっていた場所に立ち寄りました。

「灯火」のある町です。

帆船海王丸は本日午後、函館に向けて出航とのこと。
天気も良いらしいので、
異様なまでに暑かった今年2017サマーを締めくくる
涼し気なワンショットを撮りに港はどうでしょう？

Beast and Beauty

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We can watch various ships running through Kanmon Strait from TOUKA.

Wild, muscular and fierce-looking Self‐Defense Force ship runs to west,

and Elegant, beautiful and lady-like sailing ship goes to east.

I personally prefer ships of later type but,

I like all kind of ships running through this strait.

野獣と美女

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ここ「灯火」では本当に色々な船が関門海峡を通っていくのを見ることができます。

荒々しい筋肉質で強面の自衛艦が西に行くかと思えば、、、

優雅で美しく貴婦人のような帆船が東に進んでいきます。

個人的には後者の方が好きですが、

見た目にこだわらず、この海峡を進む船はどの船も嫌いにはなれません。

Very Sensitive Sea/Strait

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On the sparking surface of strait, one big ship move smoothly toward west.

It is too bright to identify the ship.
Time back about ten minutes makes the ship clear.

“Escort Vessel ISE” of our Self-Defense Forces
It is hard to see in this picture, but it looks like a small carrier.

It seems now ISE is floating on Genki-nada sea.
What was the ship ordered to escort?

North Korea tense becomes our big concern, but I hope it will be relieved calmly like sunset yesterday.

とっても敏感な海・海峡

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

陽の光にきらめく水面を、ゆっくりと滑るように一艘の船が西に向かっています。

海が眩しすぎて、なんの船かよく分かりませんが、少しだけ時間をさかのぼるとハッキリと分かります。

海上自衛隊の護衛艦「いせ」
画像からは分かりにくいですが、まるでちいさな空母のような容姿です。

現在、玄界灘に停泊しているようですが、いったい何を護衛するのでしょう？
北緯23° 東経133°辺りを航行中の船団と関係あるのかもしれません。

緊張の色濃い北の国との国際情勢ですが、昨日の夕陽のように穏やかに解決してもらいたいと心から願っています。
