In these several weeks, increase in defense budget has been talked about in this country.

Personally, I don’t agree our government’s idea and policy.

But I do respect the people working on the front lines of national defense even in such cold days.

This strait is one of transportation hub.

It was filled by mines during World War II.

I hope that it never happens again in this strait.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

ここ数週間、日本では国防予算の増額が話題になっている。

個人的には政府の見解・政策には賛同できないけれど、

この寒い中、国防の最前線で働いている人たちに敬意すら感じる。

この海峡は交通の要所。

太平洋戦争の時には、機雷で埋め尽くされたそうだ。

そんなことが二度と起こらないことを願ってやまない。

Get moving?

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

When I cleaning this house and looked out the window,

I found out that the scenery is changing.

Huge ferry boat under construction at the shipyard on the other side was pulled by tugboats and she was showing whole hull. 

Her outfitting seems to progress very much. She may set off on maiden voyage soon.

I heard that she will be the Japanese first LNG-fueled ferry boat and I concerned a little bit about her running costs.

始動？

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

掃除をしながら、窓の外に目をやると、

景色が変わっていました。

対岸の造船所で建造中の大型フェリーが引き出されて、そのハル（船体）全てを見せていました。

艤装もずいぶん進んだようで、まもなく処女航海？

国内初のLNG燃料フェリーということでランニングコスト気になりますね。

In these several months, we are seeing very blight sunshine outside of our window.

Her launching ceremony was held at the end of August and her outfitting seems to be progressed very much. So this sunshine will stay there no so long, limited time only. We hope that she will shine this area, where lacks vitality, a bit longer.

That’s all, we mentioned about the limited time only sunshine in this strait, just after the topic about the moon.

海峡の町の太陽 〜 期間限定の光！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ここのところ、窓の外のお日さまがとても眩しいんです。

今年８月末に進水式を終えたのち、艤装もずいぶん進んだようで、残り少ない期間限定の太陽ですが、イマイチ輝きを欠くこの地域をもうしばらく照らしてほしいですね。

以上、月の話題のあとに、期間限定でこの海峡を照らしているお日さまについて記事にしてみました。
