Things to be careful in Japan

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

More and more foreign tourists have traveled to Japan many times and become accustomed to this country’s transportation system, and are exploring the deeper parts of Japan by rental car.

However foreign drivers heading to outdoor areas should be aware of the recent risks in Japan and take care.

That’s bear attacks!

There has been a sharp increase in the number of bear-related injuries to people in Japan over the past two years, and it appears that the number of bears that do not hibernate is also increasing, so if you are heading towards the mountains please be aware of this and take adequate precautions.

By the way, there is no “deterioration in public safety” that would cause a country to call on its citizens to refrain from traveling to Japan.

(In fact, the crimes committed by low-level people who come from that country and stay for long periods of time may be causing a deterioration in public safety in Japan.)

And the good news is that in Kyushu, where this guesthouse is located, there are no bears except for only one popular bear, so you can drive around with peace of mind.

日本で気を付けるべきこと

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

何度も日本を旅行して、この国の交通事情にも慣れてきて、レンタカーでディープなにっぽんを探索される外国人旅行者が増えていますが、、、

アウトドアなエリアに行かれる外国人ドライバーのみなさんは、最近の日本国内のリスクを心得て、是非お気を付けください。

それは熊被害！

昨年・今年と国内の熊による人身被害が急増していて、冬眠しない熊も増えているようなので、山方向に行かれる方は心得て十分に対策ください。

ちなみに、どこかの国がその国民に日本への渡航の自粛を呼びかけるような「治安の悪化」はありません。

（むしろ、その国からやってきて長期滞在している低次元の人々が起こす犯罪のせいで日本の治安は悪化しているかもしれませんが、、、）

加えて朗報といえば、当宿のある「九州」には、人気者の一匹を除いて熊はいないので安心してドライブください。
