The number of guests staying at our inn who are also renting a car is increasing, so we would like to ask them to be careful.
We are sure the crackdown will be strengthened even after the traffic safety campaign period.
If a foreign tourist driver were to cause a traffic accident with an elementary school student, it would definitely be on the national news in Japan.
In the first place, does this activity, “Spring Traffic Safety Week”, even educate foreign tourist drivers?

春はほんとにご用心！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
最近、とてもよく見かけると思ったら、、、
昨日まで春の交通安全週間だったようです。
その交通事故対策として注目されるのが新一年生の交通安全。その事故の多さから魔の７歳とも呼ばれているようです。

それだけ春に新一年生が巻き込まれる交通事故が多いということなので、、、
当宿を利用されるゲストさん達にもレンタカーでいらっしゃる方が増えているということから、是非とも注意してもらいたいですね。
きっとキャンペーン期間後も取り締まり等、強化されるんだろうと推測します。
もしも外国人観光客ドライバーが小学生に対して交通事故でも起こそうものなら、きっと日本全国版ニュースですね。
そもそも、この活動「春の交通安全週間」って、外国人観光客ドライバーに対しても啓蒙されているんでしょうかね？
政府の広報にも「外国語版」がないことから、実際に事故が起こる可能性が危惧されます。
ちなみに、、、自転車ライダーも注意喚起の対象みたいです。レンタサイクル利用時も取り締まりそして事故にご用心を！
