Extremely cool day for extremely hot summer!

Even though it’s only beginning of July, many parts of Japan are experiencing record heat.
We are in the middle of the rainy season, but even if the sky is cloudy or raining, it is still quite hot.
So it’s hot and humid and the discomfort index is at its maximum level!
Here are some recommended ways to cool off in the Kitakyushu area in this hot summer, which is predicted to get even much hotter.
If you stay in a city during the intense heat, and the government is urging people to use air conditioning, it is obvious that the entire town will become like a dry sauna due to the exhaust air from the outdoor units of each home.
On those days, get out of town and into nature.
It’s sure to cool down not only your body, but also your mind and brain!
Pack a bottle of chilled natural water as a souvenir.

酷暑に涼を！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
７月に入ったばかりだというのに、日本各地で猛暑を記録しています。
まだ梅雨の真っ只中ですが、空が曇っていても、雨が降っていても結構暑い。
それも湿度が高い分、蒸し暑くて不快指数マックス！
今後、さらに酷暑となることが懸念される今年の夏、北九州エリアでのおすすめの涼のとり方をご紹介。
酷暑に都市部に留まっていると、政府を挙げて冷房の活用を呼びかけているので、各家庭からの室外機の排気で町全体がサウナみたいになるのは自明です。
そんな日には、町を飛び出して自然の中に飛び込みましょう。
