Scenery that touches the heartstrings
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I am a manager of this guesthouse who have been re-discovering the gems of this town.
For these years, this city had been promoting itself mainly with night view spots.
However, it is our personal opinion that the best sales point must be the setting sun.
Recently I saw a very popular celebrity nowadays mentioned in a TV music program that he do love to see setting sun at Mojiko. And I sympathized with his idea.

The TV program presented an episode that the actor started musical activity triggered by the sunset during movie location* at Mojiko.
Sunset in Mojiko is surely beautiful, but sunset we see here is much more beautiful.

P.S. *The movie was directed by my friend died last year and I cannot help admiring his casting talent, specially child/young actors, because of their successes later. I guess that the movie location of Mojiko is decided/designed by him.

琴線にふれる風景
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
我が港町の再発見をしている灯火の宿主です。
数年前からこの町では夜景・夜景と夜景メインでアピールしようとしている感がありますが、
実はイチバンは夕陽ではないかというのが当宿の個人的な見解です。
最近テレビで放映された音楽番組で、出演者が「門司港の夕陽がすげえ好き」と言っているのを聞いて、やっぱりそうだよねと共感してしまいました。

番組では映画ロケ*で訪れた門司港の夕陽きっかけで、音楽デビューしたようなエピソードを披露していました。
ただ門司港からの夕陽もきれいですが、実はここからの夕陽の方がもっと綺麗だったりしますよ。

P.S. で、その映画*を制作したのは、昨年他界した友人だったりして、彼のキャスティングした当時の子役・若者役の現在の活躍ぶりをみると、感心せずにはいられない今日この頃です。きっと門司港ロケも彼のセンスなんだろうなぁ。
