Divorce may not be a bad idea!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Weather is getting better at last.

In the good climate, I think many thing vaguely.

Working with seeing favorite scenery/listening to favorite music, dual life between hometown and Tokyo, associating with my original family, Blue sky and white sand beach, and seasonal fresh foods.

I can decide all by myself. So, there are no complaint or negative feeling in my current situation.

Everything came after divorcing, the turing point of my life.
Off course to the good direction.

My past life was like:

Foreign money I bought (marriage)
went down after certain time (divorce),
kept rock bottom price for a while (busiest work/single father).
But I kept the money (don’t remarry),
until certain time (daughter’s economical independence).
And the rate recovered after that time (early retirement)
It kept high rate lately (start own business and have good guests).

In the meantime, my daughter have happy wedding and showed me grand-daughter, such unexpected happy happening made me think “Life is not that bad”.

Flowers will bloom, yes they will, yes they will for you/myself.

There is no pleasure without pain. It may be now to enjoy the honey you have gathered.

If someone asked me, your business is so profitable?,
I answer that it is way behind from profitable, but
It is too much fun. This is my honest feeling.

離婚も悪くないもんだ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ようやく天気が回復してきました。

気候が良いと、ぼんやり色々なことを考えます。

好きな景色を見ながら・好きな音楽を聞きながらの仕事、郷土と東京とのDual Life、本来の家族との交流、青い空に白い砂のビーチ、そして旬の食材。
自分の価値判断ですべて決められる今の状況に悲観や不満は全くありません。

全ては「離婚」という分岐点から、道をハズれたからこそ、だと思います。
もちろん良い方向に、、、

これまでの人生を振り返り、それを例えるなら、

買った外貨（結婚）が、
まもまくドンと暴落（離婚）して、
その後、しばらく底値（激務＆シングルファザー）が続き、
それでも売らず（再婚せず）に
ある時点（子供の経済的独立）まで頑張った結果、
突然、レートが回復してきて（早期退職）、
ここにきて為替が高値で推移している（起業し素敵なゲストに恵まれている）感覚です。

その間、娘が結婚したり、孫が出来たりと、想定外の嬉しい出来事もあったり、人生捨てたもんじゃないとつくづく感じます。

ハナは、花は、華は咲く、、、

人生苦あれば楽あり、花の蜜を楽しむ時期も必要ですね。

では、宿屋業がそんなに儲かってるの？と聞かれれば、、、
儲かっているというには程遠い状態ですが、
楽しくて仕方ないというのが正直な気持ちです。

Want to catch up and overtake it!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

The things I’ve watched in Tokyo are

power of tremendous people and timely change and re-born.

The Marunouchi, Tokyo station has beautiful front yard and people move smooth and a lot of tourists took pictures in front of the station.

I’ve admired that they completed its repair work timely for increasing tourists because of the coming Olympic games.

On the contrary, our Mojiko station, build in same year as Tokyo station, is being under repair work. The original plan of completion was end of last year but they are still working. According to the latest plan, the completion will be this autumn partially and full completion will be in the year of 2019.

As we have plan of new regular flight to other foreign countries, we are expecting the completion of repair works ASAP. However actual situation is not good for us. It is far from timely.

追いつき、追い越したいっ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

今回、東京で見たもの、、。

それは圧倒的人の数とそのパワー、タイムリーな変革と再生。

前庭の綺麗になった東京駅丸の内では人の流れもスムーズに、国内外からの沢山の観光客が見物をし、写真を撮っていました。

オリンピックに向けて増加中の観光客に、タイムリーな「玄関」のお化粧直しが出来たんだなぁと感心するばかりです。

対して、東京駅と同じ年に建設された我が町のレトロな駅舎。本来であれば、年末に完成してのですが、この秋にようやく一部完成。本格的な工事の完了は来年度となるそうです。

町では海外とのあらたな定期路線も就航する予定もあり、一日でも早い完成が期待されるところですが、タイムリーとは程遠い状態です。

Money can buy them future? Half million yen enough to buy?

It is now the season of entrance examination in Japan.
In the middle of season, this news was broadcasted in this area.

In another news, few weeks ago, City Mayor commented that they are improving our population migration gradually. However, if this is the one of their measures, more people than I must have doubt about the strategy of local government.

At first, I look back myself and I remember that I had ZERO idea to find job in this hometown when I graduated from school in Kanto area. 540K JPY in 3 years can be nothing, comparing wage gap between Tokyo and local city and whole money of their loan.

In addition, 160 million JPY (540K x 300people) will be prepared from tax we are paying. They should have more idea than just spending our precious tax.

For example, I have a big doubt in the attitude of an university in this city.
They have been refusing good talented students who want to study/live in such a local city in Japan.
On the other hand, their owner city is paying money to recruit young people into this city.

Former students are willing pay money to the city.
Later students are paid big amount of money by the same city. Even the students, who have no choice except working in this city, will be paid too.

Unfortunately, it seems that the school does not have an ability to select students. How about the idea that city officer, who is taking care 54K JPY, will join the interview examination of the school. As long as the city is the owner of the school, there is no problem and it is good to have different viewpoint.

P.S. As 3rd year is the critical period for young people to leave their job, the city have to pay attention what will happen in their 4th year. One more concern about this notice is prepared with “ONLY JAPANESE LANGUAGE”.

お金で解決！？ すればいいけど54万で？

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

今月、大学入試真っ盛りの中で、こんなニュースが報道されていました。

「奨学金返済支援で若者転入促進」
（NHK 02月13日　12時20分）

過日のニュースでは、市長は「（人口流出は）徐々に改善傾向にある」とコメントされました。もし、その取り組みの一つがコレだとしたら、本当に事態改善できるのか疑問に思うのは自分だけでしょうか。

都心の大学に進んだ自分を振り返ると、卒業後、故郷の企業への就職はまったく眼中になかったことを思い出します。この54万円という額も賃金の地域差で２・3年で吹っ飛ぶように思います。彼らの奨学ローンの総額と比べてもどうでしょう？

そもそも最大で1億６千万にもなる原資は我々の税金だったりするわけで、「金を出すなら、知恵を出せ」的な努力がもっと必要ではないかと感じます。

例えば、この地にある大学の姿勢にも疑問です。
この地に住みたいと「わざわざこんな日本の片隅」にまでやってくる「優秀な」若者をふるい落としておきながら、その一方で、市民の税金から一人あたり54万円を払って若者を呼び込もうとしています。

前者は学生が自分でお金を払ってでもやってきてくれて、
後者はもともと北九州へ、と決めている人にも54万円を払う。

さらに、その学校は人を見る目がないとなると、目もあてられない。
大学入試の面接官に54万円の担当市職員を加えるとかしたらどうでしょう？
元々が市が所有する公立校なので、そのくらい出来る気がしなくもないです。

P.S. 離職への鬼門である３年で給付を終えるというのも、どうかな～？
