For whom want to work in a company in Japan!
Good morning to the World, Tokyo and Kanmon!
When I visit Tokyo, center of Japan, I try to do as many “things to do” as possible.
One of them is the meeting with my Business Consultant.
He let me use efficient office in Marunouchi, consult various issues, and get useful information. He is a reliable supporter for TOUKA.
As his floor is also taking care job placement for business careers, he always updates me with brand-new situation of Japanese labor market. Though I have already installed my own business, information about latest labor condition in Japanese economy is very interesting for me.
According to him, recent labor market demands not only new graduates but also careers very much. As the proof, staffs in his company keep resigning, because demand of consulting for job placement became lower and lower and everyone don’t need to ask his company. Same time, company which laying off employee decreasing very much.
It is really good chance who want to to work in a company (change job/company).
When I looked down the town in Tokyo, I can see a huge construction site for another high building in Marunouchi area. Tokyo seems to be busy even after Tokyo Olympic, as I don’t think the building can be completed before 2020.
According to him, some company start re-hiring employee, once they laid-off. So he recommended me to try to apply to the company I have resigned 3 years ago.
For me? No way!
It is too interesting for me to meet with travelers from various countries. It is hard to manage a little guesthouse in local non-sightseeing spot, from the business point of view. However this experience is quite useful for the rest of my life to live happy.

世界中に朝が、そして関門、東京にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
たまに日本の首都、東京へ行く際には、自分はできるだけたくさんの用事やリサーチを済ませるようにしています。
その一つがビジネスコンサルトとのミーティング。
丸の内のオフィスを自由に使わせてくれるだけでなく、個別に色々なことを聞いたり相談できる「灯火」にとって非常にありがたい存在です。
彼のフロアはビジネスキャリア向けの再就職斡旋も担当していて、日本の労働市場の最新情報にも触れることが出来るので、独立しておきながら、そんな話題にも興味深く耳を立ててしまいます。
彼によると、最近の労働市場は、新卒のみならず、転職組にとっても「売り手市場」だそうです。その証拠に、仕事を斡旋する部署では「斡旋需要の低下」（＝いまや欲しがる企業に自分で売り込める）により、仕事が減り、部署のスタッフが事業を見切ってどんどん離職しているそうです。（さすがは転職のプロ）
まさに企業人として働きたい人には 今世紀最大のチャンス！
そんなオフィスから街を見下ろすと、そこには建設中の高層ビル。今この状態でオリンピックまでに完成するとは思えず、東京はポスト・オリンピックでも経済成長が活発だと見越しているようです。
彼の最新情報では、退職した企業に「出戻る」事例も出てきているそうで、自分にもそれをチャレンジしてみてはと勧めてくれました。
ただ、自分の働いていた会社は人事政策・経営戦略の優れた企業で、たとえ600人の募集に対し、希望退職者が1000人を越えていても、人件費削減メリットをしっかり経営パフォーマンスに反映し、決して人員不足など引き起こすことのない会社です。
さらに、晴れて自由業となった自分自身もまた、ここ「灯火」での出会い・人との繋がりや関門ライフを満喫しているのに、何を好んでまた「就社・囚社」するでしょう。今は正直、ビジネス的には大変ですが、その大変さもサラリーマン時代のそれとは異なり未来の肥やしになると確信持てる経験ばかりです。
