New recommendations for our guests
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
The mountains in the Kanmon area don’t turn to autumn colors yet, but…
It seems like my stomach is a little too full of autumn colors already.
In such autumn with appetite, we discovered a new local B-class (reasonable but fine) gourmet dish that we would like to recommend to our guests.
It is NIKU-UDON （Meat Udon)!
Although it is a little far away, the restaurant is within walking distance from our guesthouse.
The first thing that surprises us when we order is the presence of meat!
Then, when we take a first bite, we will be captivated by the uniqueness and flavor of the soup. (Perhaps they are using soup made with boiled meat?)
Anyway, this restaurant has become my favorite recently.
If you combine the menu items, you can get a set like this for the same price as the NIKU-UDON, which is also recommended!
Speaking of meat udon, I thought it was a specialty of Kokuraminami Ward, which borders our town to the south, where they even publish a pamphlet called Udon Map, but this town of Moji also has NIKU-UDON that we can confidently recommend.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
なかなか秋色に色づかない関門エリアの山々ですが、、、
自分の胃袋はずいぶんと秋色にそまってしまっているようです。
そんな食欲の秋、ゲストさんにオススメしたい新たな地元のB級グルメ発見しました。
それは肉うどん！
少し距離はありますが、当宿から徒歩圏内のお店です。
注文してまず驚くのが、肉の存在感！
そして一口食べて、つゆの個性と旨さにやられてしまいます。（肉を煮たスープを使っているのかな？）
とにかく最近のマイブームになっています。
メニューを組み合わせると、肉うどんと同価格でこういうセットもできてこちらもオススメ！
肉うどんといえば、うどんまっぷなるパンフレットまで発行している我が町の南に接する小倉南区の名物かと思っていましたが、この町「門司」にも自信を持って勧められる肉うどんありました。
