In this super hot summer in Kanmon area,
we opens whole window of TOUKA in daytime.

With letting fresh wind in this house,
We are working to welcome our guests and
found out it getting dark outside of the windows.
I see rain cloud covering west sky.
Steel company in Tobata, we see everyday, cannot be seen.

I also check rain radar,

walk around guesthouse and close all window
in five minutes.

When I come back to my desk and looked out the sky again,
terrible rain start to fall.

This is the standard operation of TOUKA
for “unexpected strong rain”.

Expecting is very useful here for “unexpected strong rain”.

P.S. 10min after we see steel company behind the strait again, our operation will be ended.

知ることができるなら未来は知っておく方がいい

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

猛暑のこの夏、「灯火」の窓は昼間全開です。
全館にフレッシュな風を入れて、仕事をしていると、
窓の外がほのかに暗くなります。
外を見ると、西の空に雨雲が見えます。
いつもは見える戸畑の製鉄所が雨雲で霞んで見えません。

一応、レーダーでも確認します。

そして全館、窓を閉めてまわります。

雨雲に気付いてからだいたい5分で窓を閉め終わり、
デスクに戻って、もう一度窓の外を見ると、、、

急に激しい雨が振り始めます。

以上、「灯火」のゲリラ豪雨対策でした。

P.S. 遠くに再び製鉄所が見え始めてから10分ほどすると、ゲリラ豪雨対策終了です。
