As of yesterday, the rainy season was over! And it got extremely hot suddenly.
So many people may want to eat eel BBQ on ox day in coming weekend.
But please think a while about importing channel for eel before eating it.
If you search the key word “glass eel trading gangster”, you can smell the dark side of the industry.
I saw tremendous numbers of glass eel fishing boats in Taiwan two years ago.
And local surfer taught me that those glass eels will be transferred to Japan. However there is no legal trading channel for glass eels from Taiwan to Japan.
Most of Japanese people are supporting to eliminate gangsters, but e may supporting them via UNAGI (eel) bowl.
Even Dr. Gennai Hiraga (ancient Japanese doctor who promote to eat eel in summer) must be surprised now in the heaven by knowing his idea is appreciated by people in dark side.
Let us have only one bowl of eel in summer, imagining where the money will go.

平賀源内もビックリ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
さあ、梅雨明けです。いきなり暑くなってきました。
週末の土用丑の日にあわせてうなぎでも食べてスタミナつけて、、、
といきたいところですが、ちょっと一息ついてウナギのことを考えてみましょう。
詳しくは「シラスウナギ、闇ルート」で検索してもらえれば分かるんですが、どうも反社会的な匂いがプンプンしてきます。
以前、台湾で波乗りした時に、沖に信じらないほどたくさんのシラスウナギ漁船の灯りを見ました。
ローカルサーファーには「あれは日本で育てられるシラスウナギを捕っているんだよ」と教えられました。けれども、台湾から日本への合法的なシラスウナギのルートはありません。
もしかしたら「暴力撲滅」と叫びながら、ウナギを介して、反社会勢力を支援しているのかもしれません。
反社会勢力に感謝される立場になっているとは、夏にウナギを提唱した、かの平賀源内ドクターもきっと天国でビックリしていることでしょう。
そんな想像力をもって、ウナギは年に一杯にしておきましょう。
