This might be the bottleneck of us!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Watching Olympic fencing game, in which team Japan got gold medal, I remembered Rugby World Cup held in Japan two years ago and found out one thing.
“Team Japan got Gold medal at Olympic Male Fencing Epee” (NHK July 30)
It must be the good idea, if we change our leader to foreigner who has great records of achievements.
This is not about sports competition.
It is about personal of our cabinet (laugh).
( If head coach of national team is OK as foreigner, our prime minister will be OK soon as good foreigner, better than improper Japanese. )
We should have a responsible and human friendly person like Ms. Ardern who can talk to the people,
She has a good personality with open, direct, clear and sincere character.
Ours has none of them. As the result, policies of the cabinet have never resonated with us, Japanese people.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
現在開催中のオリンピック、日本チームが金メダルをとったフェンシングをテレビで見ながら、ワールドカップ・ラグビーのことを思い出しながら気付きました。
「オリンピック フェンシング男子エペ団体 日本 金メダル」（NHK 2021年7月30日)
そうだ！ 指導者を実績のある外国人に変えたら良くなるかも？
スポーツ競技の話ではありません。
にっぽんの内閣の人事です（笑）。
（国を背負って戦うナショナルチームの指導者が外人で良いなら、そろそろ総理大臣も！）
指導者が悪いと、選手も国民も不幸です。
今の日本にはアーダーンさんのようなきちんと話の出来るリーダーシップが必要です。
オープンでダイレクト、そしてなによりもクリアで誠実！
どれひとつとして今の日本にはありません。その結果、国民の心にまったく響きません。
